I’ve been the Home Manager at Hailey House since February 2024. I started working at Hailey House as a part-time care assistant in 1991, gaining experience and progressing to Senior Carer in 1998 and then Deputy Manager in 2015. When TCOU Group Ltd acquired Hailey House in January 2024, I was offered the role of Manager. I’m excited to be working with Danny and the team to bring positive changes and enhance the care we provide at Hailey House.
I’ve worked in care since I was 18, starting in the community and later in a mental health unit. Over the years, I’ve held various roles in residential care, including carer, senior carer, and Deputy Manager. I joined Hailey House in November 2021 as a Senior Carer and was promoted to Deputy Manager in April 2024.
As Director of TCOU, I oversee all of our home's management, ensuring high standards of care, regulatory compliance, and a welcoming environment. My focus is on supporting our team and making all aspects of TCOU a place where everyone feels valued and at home
