The staff and management team are really really amazing. They all know everyone's name from family to residents and who your related to. They all look after my mum with upmost care and respect, even though she may not interact very much but she happy. I do feel mums room could do with a paint job...

My wife has been at Whittingham House for over eighteen months. The management and staff are always helpful. To me it seems there is a very good cleanliness regime. I visit my wife regularly and I have always been reassured that she is being well card for.

Thank you for your feedback. It is unfortunate that our mini bus is unavailable at the moment but we have discussed this with higher management and hopefully this summer we can hire a mini bus to take the residents for outing. We will let you know when this happens.

We feel all the staff are very caring, kind, attentive, helpful, hardworking, considerate and friendly. They perform all their duties in a professional and effective way. They are extremely helpful and approachable to all the relatives, ensuring we are well looked after. Nothing is too much trouble for them. We are kept informed on our relatives wellbeing. The thoughtful and engaging activities are hugely beneficial. We are very regular visitors and from that gain an extremely positive impression of how Whittingham House is run.
