My mum has been a resident since October 2018. She is very happy there. The staff are very good with Mum. I find the staff very friendly and helpful, especially if I have any queries concerning Mum and her care. I would recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a care home for their loved ones.

My mother has been at oaken Grange for over four years and has received amazing care from all the carers. Our family has also received kind and caring attitude from all at the home. The food must be extremely tasty and good, Mum has always had a good appetite and has continued to enjoy her food until
recently. She always looks well groomed and dressed and the sensitive care she receives is wonderful. Rooms are kept clean and tidy's always.

The facility provides what we require for Mum - safety and care.
The staff are fantastic - very attentive and always make time to discuss any questions we may have.
Mum has settled well and said her room is great. The food is excellent and they make a fuss of her and she feels happy there.
My family
and I are happy knowing Mum is happy and she is safe and being cared for.

I hated the idea of Mum going into a care home, but because of her declining dementia, she was no longer safe at home. Seven months in, and we are happy Mum has actually improved. The mental stimulation of being around people is really showing. Mum has made friends, which, if you knew my mum pre-dementia,
would surprise you.

When my mum initially moved in, she was very anxious, but you would never know now. Their amazing care of her has helped her to settle in, and she loves it there now. The manager is absolutely fantastic; my mum loves her. We cannot fault a single aspect of their care for her. From the food to the facilities,
everything is perfect. Would 100% recommend.

My mother-in-law has been a resident for about six months, and she loves it. All the staff look after her really well. She loves the food and her room; she has made a very good friend. There are lots of activities for her to do, and she keeps on telling us about a special lady (the owner) with a big

My mum-in-law has been in this home for two years, she is very happy, and although suffering from dementia, she always seems very happy in her own mind. She is clean, well fed and well cared for, and the staff have the utmost patience when dealing with any issues relating to the residents. The home
is clean and always has a celebration of some kind going on, always well decorated for the celebration, and residents are included in everything that is happening.

Our mother, in her late 90s, was a resident here for just over three years. She was extremely fortunate to be in this lovely caring environment with, without exception, incredibly positive, hardworking, and very caring staff. She was happy and cared for beyond the family’s expectations. We cannot recommend
this Care Home more highly. The quality runs from the manager and her deputy to every member of staff. In our mother’s final days, involving palliative care, we again could not find fault. There was outstanding care that continued to the end. A lovely residential home. With heartfelt thanks.

The senior team are incredibly supportive and understanding. I have not had a lot of interaction with other staff members due to COVID. My Dad is happy and seems well cared for, he is of sound mind so would say if something was not right. If he's happy I am happy.

My uncle has been a resident since Janaury 2016, in that time he has received the best care I could have possibly hoped for. Nothing has ever been too much trouble. The team are excellent, they are caring and show genuine affection for their residents, putting the needs of the residents first at all
times.
My uncle’s health due to vascular dementia has deteriorated over the years, the team at Oakland Grange have adapted to his care needs with professionalism and love. They have also always ensured I have been kept informed of all aspects of my uncle’s care and made me feel part of their team.
I would recommend Oakland Grange to anyone who is looking for short or long term care, they simply are the best.

My mum has been at this home for a year now. The staff are wonderful. Mum is always so happy. The procedures they have put into place during the Covid-19 pandemic has been a credit to there success for cases.

Since my lovely mum went to Oakland Grange, when I visit her (obviously not very often because of the virus) my mum has dementia, I always aks her if she is happy and she always says yes. I have been able to message her, unfortunately, her hearing aid broke just after she went in there so one of the
carers helps her to talk to me. Before the virus, I used to go there most days and although I couldn't for a few months I know that she is being well looked after.

My lovely Mum was a resident for just 4 weeks, we had hoped she had longer but alas she was taken from us sooner than we thought. The Home itself is kept clean and homely, the staff were amazing, food fantastic, even Mum was only there for a short time she actually put on weight, she was well cared

My dear aunt was a resident of Oakland Grange Care Home from September 2018 until she sadly passed away this month. She couldn't have wished for better care. All the staff are very caring and professional and the food is superb (I know this as I was, very kindly, offered a meal when I moved my aunt
into her room). Oakland Grange stood out from others which I'd visited because it's clean, friendly and has 'heart'. It's a mark of a well-run business to find that the staff look happy and seldom change, indeed they were there from the start of my aunt's residency until the end. Finding a care home for a loved one is a daunting task. Finding a good one is hard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Oakland Grange. A big thank you to all the lovely staff - I'll miss you.
