I always found the home to be clean and free from any odours. The garden has many shrubs and flowers and is well maintained. The home is close to the town and transport services so not a problem visiting. I was made to feel welcome at any time. All the residents were well cared for and my friend was extremely happy with her choice.

Communication from the manager and other staff was always very good, and she felt well cared for, and we (my sister, wife and I) had full confidence in the professionalism and care of the staff. The relatively small size of the home made for a family atmosphere. We were, and are, very grateful for the care my mother received at Westbourne.

Very pleased indeed with the care offered by Westbourne. It is a warm, welcoming home-from-home which has helped my relative enormously to settle in. She has a lovely room and it is always neat and tidy and her clothes are in order. The management and staff are all very friendly and caring and nothing is too much trouble. They also keep in regular contact with me as I live a distance away. It has taken a weight off my mind to know that my relative is settled in such a nice place and is so well looked after.

expected. The management is excellent and there is a real sense of family. The only complaint is with some of the night staff and the constant turn over of carers.
