The home is set in a lovely location, and all staff are always friendly and welcoming. My father always tells me he feels very happy and content. Private off-road parking and the residents do feel very secure. A perfect place, and it's nice to know he is safe.

My mum has been in the care home for just over a year now and has been very happy there. We find all the staff very friendly and everywhere is lovely and clean and comfortable. Mum always speaks highly of her meals too. Would like to recommend it to anyone.

My mum became a resident in March of this year and they have all made her feel very welcome. The staff are extremely kind, professional, and caring. The home itself is spotlessly clean and welcoming. They have tried to accommodate all of Mum's needs including putting up shelves in her room to give her room to have more of her photos from her home around her. The home itself is well laid out and has spacious communal areas. The garden is beautiful and the surrounding area is quiet. As a family we are really pleased with the quality of care it gives and find the team are very responsive should we have any observations or concerns.
A very well-run and safe care home that provides all the attention and care my mother needs. The staff are amazing and always willing to help with anything and ensure she is as comfortable as possible.

There is a genuine caring environment in the home, which is executed in a professional manner, and whenever there have been any health changes, we have been informed immediately and given lots of follow-up information.
We truly found a great home for my grandmother over the past four years... Thank you to everyone!

Now, thanks to the constant care and help of the wonderful staff there, he has regained his confidence, cheerfulness and interest in life. I can't recommend them all enough nor express my thanks enough for everything they do. He is very fortunate to be there, and it gives me great peace of mind to know he is well cared for.
I went entirely on a recommendation by a friend whose mother spent 5 years there.

The staff are all extremely caring. I am disabled myself and I’m happy that Mum is being well cared for.
They always phone me if there is anything they are at all concerned about, and I am happy that they follow all criteria. For instance when she had a fall.
When Mum had a hospital appointment and no family member was available, a member of staff took her in the home’s transport, for a very reasonable fee. A great load off my mind.
Mum has enjoyed the special days arranged for the Jubilee etc, and a visit to a local school for a meal.

When my nan went in, we were selling her house therefore wanted a home from home feel. We got exactly that. They cater to all my nan's needs and have taken fantastic care of all residents. Thank you to everyone for the care of my nan.
Thank you for the kind review. It is good for us to know that we are fulfilling our aims.

My mother has lived at The Grange for three years. The residential home has a very homely and relaxed feel about it. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. There is a large but airy lounge where many of the residents meet up every day and also a smaller lounge which is really useful. Meals are served in the dining rooms and the food is like home cooking with plenty of it too! The rooms have wash basins and the shared loos are kept nice and clean. All in all, it is the best home my mother could have stayed in. The management are very switched on to the needs of each resident as an individual. The care she has received has been of a high standard and she has been very happy there. Activities such as quizzes, singers, seated exercise plus weekly hairdressing have all helped her too.

My name is Sandra, and I am the manager of The Grange, I have worked in social care for 29 years in many aspects of care 17 years as a manager. I started as a support teacher at a primary school and then moved on from there to care. When I started at The Grange I had a very warm welcome by staff, residents, and Owners.

I started at the Grange in 1996 and to me, the residents I care for and my colleagues are part of one big family.
