Dear Denise, your feedback is much appreciated by everyone here at the Royal Cambridge Home. I am glad that we were able to look after your father in the time that he stayed with us and also that you were able to visit him safely, despite the Covid-19 restrictions, which I know meant so much to you as a family. Warmest regards, Rory and all the team at Royal Cambridge Home.
Dear Bruce, thank you so much for this feedback. which is much appreciated by all the team at the Royal Cambridge Home. The team and I feel it was a real privilege to look after your aunt and also to share and enjoy her centenary celebrations, despite the pandemic restrictions. It is also reassuring to know that during the pandemic, it has been possible for you to keep in contact by phone and view your aunt's daily activities in the home via the 'Friends and Family' app, despite the geographical distance of being in Australia and that it had helped you 'feel a little closer to her.' Thanks again, warmest regards, Rory and all the Team at Royal Cambridge Home.
