From the minute I walked in the door I felt so much at ease, meeting the staff and Gillian was there to see me in with her bright, smiley, positive energy. Knowing my mum is in such a kind, caring and loving place it really puts us at ease. Thankyou for everything you do!

Myself and my daughter have been this morning to see my mum. We were both over the moon with the care she is receiving and how dedicated the staff were. We could see an amazing change in how my mum/nan was in both her appearance as well as her general wellbeing. It was so lovely to see her interacting with staff as well as other residents, we honestly haven't seen her looking so happy for such a long time. Thank you all for all the great care and dedication that your staff are giving to her.

I'm a regular visitor to Wray Park, Reigate and find the atmosphere warm and wlecoming. There is plenty of staff around to help/assit with the residents. The residents all look clean and seem very happy and contented. The interaction between them all appears good. When ever I visit managers are always on site which is reassuring. Overall I would recommend.

I have come here because I had a stroke, which was not good, but I have been well looked after by the staff. I do not have any living relatives left, but I have made good friends here. My staff look after me very well. The food is very good, and I have a room to myself, as well as friends in the sitting room. I can always ask for help if I need it.

After visiting quite a few homes, we're so glad that Mum is at Wray Park.
Mum has dementia, and although we always promised her we wouldn't need to go down this route, with Dad not being well and all of us girls working full-time, we had to make a very emotional decision. For her safety, a care home became our only option.
Wray Park felt different from the moment we walked in. It's a genuinely lovely place, and the carers and whole team leave us feeling completely reassured. The residents are warm, kind, and welcoming, which makes such a difference.
Gilliam, who works there, is especially wonderful-she just gets it.

I rarely have time to leave reviews, but because it's my mum-and because she is content-I felt I had to say this.

The care team are exceptional and extremely attentive to my mother. She has managed to gain weight which we've struggled to do whilst caring for her at home. Mum didn't want to do anything despite having the opportunities to. Wary park have managed to get through to my mother and she now engages in all their activities. Her sense of humour has returned and her cheekiness is refreshing for us to see. I love spending time with her now as my mother and not her carer - thank you everyone at Wray Park.

My mother who has dementia has been at Wray Park for nearly 3.5 years. All of the staff are heroes in my book. Looking after the residents is a very difficult job requiring a lot of patience and understanding and my mother is very well looked after and treated with care, dignity and attention. I am very happy to have found Wray Park for my mother. Thank you to all who work there.

I found staff at the home very accommodating, interested in clients needs and history, They have been wonderful at arranging outings in community. They have made my client very welcome and supported move from living alone into home, I have had excellent feedback on any concerns client has raised. Client reports that food is great and staff are lovely, personally and with feedback from family we have also found staff very helpful and efficient.

Initially my father's behaviour was challenging due to his dementia, but staff made every effort to help him adjust to his new surroundings and help him settle and feel at home. When he was settled after a week or two he was included in activities in the day room and had support from therapists and referrals to specialist teams when needed. When asked about his experience of his care, my father said that the staff were always kind, polite and he felt he was looked after well. This was also our experience as a family.

A relaxed atmosphere and well-run care home dealing with approximately 20 residents of mainly dementia. I am very happy with the care provided for my wife.

In Wray Park Care home my mum is well cared for. When I have dropped in unannounced, I have never seen anything to suggest otherwise. She is always clean and tidy and so I get the impression that hygiene standards are at a good level. There is never any unpleasant smell in the home. I am happy for my mum to be here and feel reassured that the staff take a kind approach. I have never heard anyone lose their patience or behave in any way to suggest a lack of understanding.

The people who care for my mum are a great bunch of unsung heroes who work really hard and deserve praise for keeping going through the pandemic and beyond. They turn up every day to provide excellent care for our older generation - not an easy job. Thank you!
