Cliff Court

The manager and her team run a good care home and my mother is well cared for in good homely surroundings.

Always found Cliff Court to be friendly and welcoming. To put it simply, the care home staff 'care'!

Staff are excellent. Residents are well looked after and staff keep you updated of change in health and well being.

Cliff Court is a warm, welcoming nursing home where my Nan has been safe and happy for the past 3-4 years. My family and I had never experienced nursing homes before my Nan was diagnosed with Alzheimer's, but the care at Cliff Court has made it possible for us to live with less anxiety as my Nan's Alzheimer's has become more severe. Every nursing home should be like Cliff Court. Thank you!

Not forgetting the wonderful sea view.

I love my room, I enjoy the sea view. There are plenty of activities in the home. I like playing pool with others. I am very lucky I have a place like this and go for trips in the minibus many times and I go for walks with staff.

It's a very clean home, pleasant place to live.

I have always found the management and staff very friendly and helpful. Always offered tea/coffee and biscuits on my arrival. My friend is always clean shaven and presentable. His room is clean, and food is lovely. All residents look happy and contented and clean. I hope that my review will help.

I really think my family hit the jackpot when we were sent to Cliff Court. We have never found the staff to be anything but kind, thoughtful and caring at all times. They support my mother with the utmost respect, she settled into her new 'home' very well. Of course, she has her moments but that is natural and the staff treat her with the very best of care at these times. They keep us as her family, well informed of any issues or changes that may occur. I have nothing but praise for the manager and her team.

My friend seems very happy here. The food is good and she likes all the staff. If I were here I would prefer and en-suite room. Also, there is no life. Everything is very clean.

As family we have always felt that mum is safe and secure and Cliff Court. Whenever mum has been unwell they have made sure she has been seen by a doctor immediately. Whenever I have visited mum I have always seen the home to be very clean. My mother has also always been very clean and tidy which is very important to her as she has always been a very clean and neat lady.
