When we moved mum in law to Lennox Lodge in February 2023, I thought it would be for a few months as she was quite frail. However, her health has improved and her 98th birthday is in January ! I'm sure this is due to excellent nutrition, and care. Everything is done to a high standard, the staff are
fun and constant, so it's easy to build relationships. The food is really good here and the staff are patient and caring. It's an excellent facility.

My mum is a valued resident at Lennox Lodge. The staff/ team are professional and person centred. My mum has told me she is happy, particulary enjoys the music and singing performances and has joined in on many an occasion. Lennox Lodge is my mum's home and she appreciates all the care and support she
receives each day to maintain her independence, safety and confidence. Thank you Lennox Lodge team. I would recommend Lennox Lodge.

My father had very good daily support and end of life care. The staff supported both my father and myself through the end of life journey. All members of staff provided excellent and professional care, no matter what their role entailed.
All care was provided with kindness, smiles, cheerful chatter
and banter, but mindful of dignity and the patients wishes, personality and physical/mental needs.

I can honestly say I don't have anything bad to say about Lennox Lodge, the staff couldn't be more helpful, anything I ask they go out of their way to help. The food is second to none, possibly too much, but always excellently cooked. Your chef's are fabulous.

My Dad went into Lennox Lodge 3 years ago at first as respite then a resident. Dad is very happy, he does like to be on his own but more recently he has been going down for different activities Bingo, Chair aerobics etc. Which I am happy and surprised about that. It gives me peace of mind that Dad is
safe and contented.
All the staff are lovely, friendly and make me feel welcome.

Mum went into Lennox Lodge with limited mobility initially, due to some painful fractures.
The management and staff have all been wonderful from the outset - friendly and cheerful, caring and attentive and nothing seems too much trouble. Mum particularly appreciates how the staff help her with her
daily needs, and we are grateful that they manage her prescriptions and administer her medications. Laundry is all taken care of, it being returned all nicely ironed, folded and brought up to her.
The home is welcoming and has a cosy feel about it. Mum feels comfortable and safe and is very happy there, and we as a family are so grateful for the caring way that all the staff look after her. I can easily recommend Lennox Lodge.

My nan had to stay at Lennox Lodge for a short time for respite. It completely changed her view on residential care and we successfully, permanently moved her there in March 2025. Nan wasn't safe at home and Georgia/ Rebecca made this move seamless Georgia help gone above and beyond. Nan was able to
personalise her room, making it feel more like 'home' - I would highly recommend Lennox Lodge.

Lennox Lodge is a very nice place. It's a "large house" type of environment, which I think is nicefor the residents to live in. The staff are friendly and make the effort to decorate on various "holidays". They interact with the residents and have a laugh and joke. My aunt is very happy there. There
are a few various trips out that the residents seem to enjoy.

My mother chose this care setting herself 6 years ago. She has been- and continues to be- very happy with her choice. She feels comfortable, happy and safe. The staff and management provide excellent care and ensure that any health needs are addressed promptly and appropriately. As her relative- I have
been kept fully informed and have every confidence that my mother's wellbeing and safety is always prioritised. I would happily recommend Lennox Lodge.

Current Review Score: 9.8 (9.812)

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 9.8 (9.812) out of 10 for Lennox Lodge is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 4.8 out of 5 from 19 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 5.0 out of 5 from 19 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Care Home is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.837 for Lennox Lodge is calculated as follows: ( (191 Excellents x 5) + (35 Goods x 4) + (1 Satisfactorys x 3) ) ÷ 227 Ratings = 4.837
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 4.975 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Lennox Lodge is based on 19 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 20 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews, 0.05 Points for the next five Positive Reviews, and finally 0.025 Points for the next ten Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.050, 7th = 0.050, 8th = 0.050, 9th = 0.050, 10th = 0.050, 11th = 0.025, 12th = 0.025, 13th = 0.025, 14th = 0.025, 15th = 0.025, 16th = 0.025, 17th = 0.025, 18th = 0.025, 19th = 0.025, 20th = 0.025) 3 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 = 3.975
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the registered maximum number of service users in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Care Home registered for a maximum of 50 service users has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 30 registered maximum number of service users is 6, which has been reached with 19 Positive reviews. Points = 1
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Care Home does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
