My nan had to stay at Lennox Lodge for a short time for respite. It completely changed her view on residential care and we successfully, permanently moved her there in March 2025. Nan wasn't safe at home and Georgia/ Rebecca made this move seamless Georgia help gone above and beyond. Nan was able to
personalise her room, making it feel more like 'home' - I would highly recommend Lennox Lodge.

since being in Eridge House Mums health has improved due to the excellent care given by staff, standards of care is excellent and daily events are arrange,
which she enjoys, participating in. The garden is nice to sit in when weather conditions allow.
There is always coffee and a cake for visitors to enjoy, a fantastic home for Mum.

- Excellent access to relevant management team members and direct communication of results.
- Staff members in general appear to have a genuine desire to provide excellent care and support to residents with dignity being paramount.
- Food is good considering various diets, but perhaps more variety
could be considered in choice of vegetables.
- Good policies in place to provide equality and balance of service to individuals.

My mum came into Eridge House in a very depressed and negative state. The change in her is incredible. She is happy, settled and feels that life is worth living. The home is full of happiness and warmth. There are always fun activities. The staff are dedicated, caring, and are really happy with their
work - you can feel it. The residents are lovely and all seem really happy and well cared for. It was the best decision made for our precious mum.

Mum has settled in very well since she came to EH in Jan'25. The staff are very kind and patient with her, even though she can be difficult at times due to her Alzheimer's.
All staff are courteous, helpful, really lovely!
EH is very homely and the facilities and activities are excellent. Mum has
told me that she's happy to be here. She feels safe and well cared for. My brother and I are very satisfied with everything/service provided.

My Dad spent approximately 8 weeks at Eridge House after suffering a fall at home and subsequent fractured hip. Our family felt my Dad would benefit from the safe and caring environment of a residential home whilst rehabilitating and regaining his confidence.
Eridge House was already on my radar having
been highly recommended and so choosing a residential home was easy.
The process of organising a period of respite at Eridge was made smooth and simple with the help of the excellent management team there. My Dad and other family members were also free to contact the team to ask questions prior to his admission.
My Dad really enjoyed his stay at Eridge and still talks fondly about all the lovely staff he met.
As soon as you walk into Eridge House it feels homely and welcoming. The staff are exceptional at putting residents and relatives at ease with their warm, cheerful approach.
The care my Dad received was excellent and activities organised for residents were an added bonus.

My father recently moved into Eridge House at the beginning of July , the stress related to finding the correct home for your loved ones can obviously be very difficult and overwhelming hoping that you are finding the right place for them . I was fortunate to already have some guidance from outside
sources regarding this home on how well it is run and how friendly and caring their staff and management are . My father has now been there for just over 3 months and I could not wish for a better home to care for him , the staff seem to be more like a family than just a care home and the whole experience in the home from both a visitors and a residents point of view is so friendly and welcoming , I know that my father has improved both his mental health and his physical health since moving into the home and wouldn't want to be anywhere else , I would highly recommend this home and believe all the staff deserve recognition for all their hard work in making this home so well run.

My mother has now resided at Eridge House for the last 15 months as a permanent resident. Although she had a shaky start with settling in and getting used to life in a carehome through no fault of her own due to mild Dementia and memory problems it was the staffs total dedication to her welfare that
pulled her through. From management to hands-on staff, not once have I felt worried in any area of mums care. She is always spotlessly clean as is her room and toilet, and the food is nothing but amazing , in fact the smell of cooking when you walk in just makes the whole environment feel more like a 5 star country hotel rather than a carehome. The continuous entertainment and workshops provided during the days is incredible and when the animals turn up it's smiles all round especially from my mum . In all I cannot recommend Eridge House enough and if you are lucky enough to get a residency there for yourself or a member of your family you've definitely won the lottery.

Lennox Lodge is a very nice place. It's a "large house" type of environment, which I think is nicefor the residents to live in. The staff are friendly and make the effort to decorate on various "holidays". They interact with the residents and have a laugh and joke. My aunt is very happy there. There
are a few various trips out that the residents seem to enjoy.

My mother chose this care setting herself 6 years ago. She has been- and continues to be- very happy with her choice. She feels comfortable, happy and safe. The staff and management provide excellent care and ensure that any health needs are addressed promptly and appropriately. As her relative- I have
been kept fully informed and have every confidence that my mother's wellbeing and safety is always prioritised. I would happily recommend Lennox Lodge.
