Vallance Residential Care Home

My daughter has been very well cared for in the 18 months that she has been at Vallance Care Home.

She is now more positive, memory has improved tremendously. She enjoys all her meals. She mixes very well socially. Previously she was taking a whole lot of pills, now stopped. All due to manager!

I liked this care home from the first time I set foot in there. It is friendly and welcoming. I know mum is well cared for. The staff are very friendly and can't do enough for the residents. The food is good, mum has a lovely room and the home is clean and well cared for. In fact, I always enjoy visiting because the staff are so warm and welcoming.

Relaxed atmosphere, where residents seem mostly content, happy and friendly with each other. Staff are friendly, accessible and easy for the older (and other) folk to understand. They seem to know the residents well and accommodate their likes and dislikes. The home always smells fragrant and is clean.

Excellent care home. Staff very kind and friendly.

We are very satisfied with the care provided to the residents. The standard of care is excellent. The home is clean and well maintained and comfortable. My parent seems happy and always looks clean and tidy. I am always welcomed when visiting, also information is always given if asked for. The staff and manager are pleasant. I would recommend this care home to others. Not had any problems.

A great staff team who do an excellent job within budget constraints.

This is a fairly good home, my mother has been in different homes over the last 15 years and this is the best.

The room is clean, good food served, his care needs met at all times.

All staff members make a point of knowing who you are and remembering your name.
