Vallance Residential Care Home was selected by myself and my wife to care for my aunt in her latter years.
We reviewed a few homes in the Hove and Brighton area some years ago and Vallance was found to be exceptional in our view. The home is truly welcoming and it offered a "real homely" feel with
all of the comforts one expects from their own home.
The staff themselves are family people and therefore understand the value of an inclusive approach to general and health care. The knowledge and experience of the staff is also excellent and so with us living out of the area, it was critical for us that my aunt has the support she needs around the clock in Hove.
We are delighted with our choice of home and most importantly of all, so is my aunt.

We are very satisfied with the care provided to the residents. The standard of care is excellent. The home is clean and well maintained and comfortable. My parent seems happy and always looks clean and tidy. I am always welcomed when visiting, also information is always given if asked for. The staff
and manager are pleasant. I would recommend this care home to others. Not had any problems.

My dad has been here 10 months and is very happy.
The staff have been excellent, friendly, chatty, have always been polite, which is fantastic.
