Not well run, bad management, food was not good, lift kept breaking down and mother in law was left in her room because of the lift broken.

In the eighteen months my mother has been at Hilgay Care, she has been cared for excellently. When unwell, the home took necessary steps for her wellbeing and always kept me informed.
Staff are brilliant with care and attention and always make me feel welcome when I visit.

Hilgay is a very caring and homely environment. My mother has been a resident for almost 11 months and has been well looked after.
She is very happy there. Her every need is taken care of with empathy and efficiency.
