I can't say enough about the New Grange, they have helped my wife through a very difficult time. I visit 2/3 times a week and find her clean, happy and engaging. The one activities almost every day which we join in together.

The home itself is very clean and smart. The peace of mind knowing my wife is safe and happy means the world to me.

Mum has been staying here for 6 weeks now and the change in her is remarkable!
She is so happy and well cared for, "she loves it".
Everyone knows her name and she thinks this is wonderful.
Food is brilliant, staff are friendly and helpful.
I'm so glad we found this care home.
Thank you.

There are daily activities to keep them entertained.

The management are caring.
They treat residents as individuals and try to provide support appropriate to their needs.
They also try to involve families and friends as much as possible and involve them in parties, outings and functions.

The standard of hygiene, activities is excellent and in all respects we have seen our resident stabilise, settle and prosper from the care received.

The home provides excellent care in a pleasant environment- including attractive gardens. They make great efforts to welcome visitors at anytime and provide excellent entertainment and stimulation for residents. Staffing levels are good and the staff really care! If there ever is a problem then the management handle it, fix it and give feedback.

Review from Ken W (Son of Resident) published on 18 July 2016 Submitted via Postal Card
Overall Experience

The level of care at New Grange is second to none. The staff are very attentive and always show the residents the utmost respect. The management team are very approachable and listen to any concerns or health issues, then quickly organise the appropriate action or response. Ideally the corridors could be wider but the original building does not lend itself to a quick fix, it would need major structural change.
