Field House is home for elderly and dementia residents.
Situated in the ¾ acre of land in the scenic countryside village of Eye, just four miles from Peterborough.
It opened in 1989 with the aim of giving older people from a multicultural and socially-diverse city an opportunity to continue living as independently as possible by receiving care and support consistent with their disabilities and needs.
With social activities such as coffee mornings and fun activities including professional entertainers and sing-alongs, staff encourage residents to join in all group activities. Residents also enjoy painting, gardening and even helping out with daily household chores like folding the laundry. There is an enclosed balcony overseeing the countryside, a home cinema room, music facilities, daily morning exercise and much more for residents to participate in.
All rooms are light and spacious with a restful décor, overlooking the countryside and gardens, Most have en suite facilities.
Staff encourage residents to maintain as much independence as possible within their capabilities. It will also help them to retain links with families and friends and enjoy other pursuits and to participate in activities at Field House and the village of Eye.

Job Title: Owner / Manager
Nazma is has been the manager at Field House since she and her husband opened the home in 1989. Previously she had worked for Age Concern and ran the Orton Day Centre. After years of working with the elderly she finally fulfilled her dream of studying and qualifying as a Registered Nurse.
Job Title: Owner/Director
Nazir oversees the administration of Field House, but is part of all aspects of the business, from maintenance to finance.
He previously worked in the TV/Video engineering trade until he and Nazma opened the home in 1989.

Paul joined the business in July 2017. He works to bridge the administration and care sides of the business.

Edmalyn has worked at Field House since 2009 starting as a Junior Carer. She has worked her way up and now is our Head of Care, overseeing the staff staff and care of all our residents. She is the first point of contact to families and professionals and is responsible for seeing to the individual care plan of each client.
Job Title: Company Secretary
Reshma Joined the business in 2007 as an administrator. Since then the role has grown and now this includes finance and advertising.
Job Title: Administrator
Martin is the Administrator at Field House He has worked with the team since 2012. Since coming on board he improve systems takes care of the practical day to day running of business, including invoicing and initiation of new staff.
