Thank you for your kind review, It means a lot to us that families are happy with the care staff are providing their loved ones, The activity coordinator goes above and beyond to support residents and make them feel good, as a team we do our best to ensure we provide person centred care. Family communication is something we promised to improve and I am glad you feel that you are updated regularly.

Although I am offered tea or coffee from staff which I always decline as it's cups that residents use day after day and residents have entered the kitchen looking for food or food has been left on the top that a resident hasn't eaten and waiting for them to eat
The staff are always polite, but when asking a question sometimes I feel they don't understand or they just say yes and not actioned.
Financial expenditures for residents I keep asking for monthly reports, which still doesn't happen there should be a portal we can access
Thanks for your feedback, as always we take on board any suggestions. As you are aware we are in the middle of a refurb, the main lounge will have areas where residents can be sat in clusters, however, we will continue to respect the choices residents make in regards to where they want to sit. Monthly reports have been sent, please check your emails, however, we are more than happy to have these printed for you when you attend the home. I'm pleased staff are polite, I will look into this isolated incident with staff understanding. It's reassuring that you feel your mother's care needs are being met and she is happy at Field House. The senior carer and myself are always available if you have concerns at any time.

Hi my name is Shamim, I am the Registered Manager at Field House, I started my career in care back in 2008 as a care assistant in Leeds. Here I had my first taste of the care sector and I really enjoyed learning and caring for people. I then moved to Peterborough in 2012, where I worked my way up to a senior carer. I started my senior role at Field House in July 2020, where I worked with the team to improve practices. I was promoted to the team leader role shortly after and used a person-centred approach to care. Not long after I became the deputy manager and continued to work with the wider healthcare community to ensure that our residents were receiving quality care, with my focus on end-of-life care. In 2022 I became the Registered Manager, guiding and mentoring the team is a high priority.
I live with my better half and we have 3 boys, in my spare time I enjoy home renovating, going for long walks with the boys and I am now a good Uno player! I also enjoy fashion and spirituality.
Hi, my name is Sunita, and I have been working at Field House since 2022. I previously worked as a nurse in Qatar and India. I started my career at Field House as a senior carer and found the home to be very welcoming and supportive. I was passionate about the care and worked closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure our residents received quality care.
I was promoted to a Team Leader in early 2025. My role involves supporting our residents and carers, liaising with other professionals and families to ensure there is a holistic approach to the care we provide. My goal is to maintain high levels of care.
In my spare time, I enjoy sightseeing and taking care of my two children. I enjoy trips to London on weekend. My husband is a singer and I accompany him around the country on his gigs.
