Chuffed to bits for these guys with their CQC outstanding rating. They all do a great job. Great Auntie is still loving life at Badgers Wood - children in again today, always something to do.
The food is good - Dad's put on weight, which is a good thing. Lots of choice. Nice quiet room. Lots of places to sit. The place is clean. Dad went down to the shops yesterday which he enjoyed - the sort of thing he used to enjoy doing.

My mother was a resident for the last 18 months of her life at Badgers Wood. She was welcomed and made to feel at home in her new surroundings. The care she was given was outstanding, she adapted to her new life so well due to the care and dignity she received from every member of the team.
Cannot fault Badgers Wood. All the staff, from the bottom to management at the top, are very friendly to my husband, myself and friends. The food looks lovely with a large variety.
Thank you to all the staff, my mum-in-law and all the family have been shown such care and kindness something we will never forget.

Over a period of several years, I have seen the home become more "homely" and friendly with residents cared for in a more loving way.
A pleasant relaxed friendly atmosphere. Staff willing to help if the time permits. Nothing too much trouble. Grandchildren happy to visit.
The members of staff have been 1st class all friendly and helpful, any questions answered straight away. The manager and deputy both very experienced and will advise on anything that will assist father-in-law whilst there. He always looks forward to attending Badgers Wood without a problem,
A friend moved into Badgers Wood last week. She was very scared of the change but after just a week, it is the happiest she has been for years. All staff have been so caring kind and helpful in settling her in and we can never thank them enough they are also always at the end of the telephone if we have any queries. It is a brilliant home with clean and lovely rooms, would recommend it to anybody.
