Overall Experience

Broadlands Park is an excellent care home in a lovely setting. The professionalism and kindness that the team has shown to my mother and to our family has been constant over the many years that my mum has been a resident. They have supported us all every step of the way through a very difficult journey with Alzheimer's disease, giving us confidence that Mum was in expert, capable hands. As she reached the end of her life they bent over backward to give us the time we needed with her - without compromising the Covid-free status of the home. Now that this chapter in our lives has come to an end, we move on with a feeling that the team was Mum's second family and we will always be grateful for their hard work and dedication.
