I’m Melissa, the Manager of Braydeston Court. I’ve worked in care for many years and feel genuinely passionate about providing outstanding support to residents and their families.
I’ve been part of Hollyman Care Homes for many years, working across several of the Hollyman Care Homes, including Broadlands Park and Broadland House, before taking on my role here at Braydeston Court. I know how important it is to create a home where people feel safe, valued, and truly cared for.
My focus is always on making Braydeston a place where residents are treated with dignity, where their individuality is celebrated, and where daily life feels as comfortable and familiar as possible. I believe in leading by example, working closely with the team, and taking the time to get to know each resident and their family.
It’s a privilege to be part of this community and to help make Braydeston Court such a special place to live.
