I joined the service in June 2020. My initial goal was to improve the CQC rating resulting in improvements being made within the home which I achieved and will continue to achieve going forward to ensure our residents get the best from the home.
I have several qualifications in health and social care for adults and children including NVQ levels 2 and 3 and a diploma level 5. I began working in the care sector when I was aged just 17 years old and have trialled each job role throughout my progression.
I believe in supporting people to reach their goals whether they are residents or staff members and I am happy to support them to do this. To me, being approachable is the most important thing for all to be able to approach me as and when they wish/need to.
