As a family, we have been very pleased with the care that our mother has received at The Beeches. All of the staff have been kind, caring and welcoming to our mum and to us. Moving into a care home is a difficult situation for everyone and the staff at The Beeches have been wonderful to all of us. Thank you.

My mum has been at The Beeches for a month now and I have nothing but praise for them. There's a lovely, relaxed and caring atmosphere and it does really feel like a home from home. Mum is happy and safe. The staff are accommodating and friendly and the home is clean and well maintained. What more could you want?

My mother has been a resident for nearly four years. She has always been treated with respect. The standard of care is extremely high. I would not hesitate - and indeed have - in recommending the home to people who are seeking a care home for their loved ones.

I am very pleased with the standard of care that my father has received since he became a resident at The Beeches care home last year. The level of attention and concern shown by the staff have been exceptional and I am very grateful for the level of comfort this has provided to both my father and the rest of the family.

Great staff who are always attentive to the needs of the residents. Building is being improved and is now to a good standard, given the age of the majority of the property.

We have used The Beeches twice now for our elderly parents who have now passed on. On both occasions, the care has been second to none, courteous and friendly nothing is too much trouble the residents are made to feel it is their home.

I am so impressed with The Beeches for the care of my father. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. I am always delighted with the very high standards of cleanliness and how well cared for my father is. He is happily settled, with a complicated illness, so to see him like this is wonderful.

We searched in different areas all around the country (my brother looked in Birmingham and friends in London) but nothing compared to this. On the most recent visit where my brother was able to come, he could not believe all that he saw at The Beeches - an absolute home from home for our father. We could not recommend this home highly enough, very efficient and incredibly reassuring.

Overall, I find The Beeches care home to be well run and clean with friendly, helpful staff who go out of their way to try and make the residents feel loved as well as cheering them up. The home is the perfect size with not too many residents.

The only thing I have a problem with is the male residents. They seem to have problems with things like keeping their clothes on for example which is distressing for many elderly ladies and their family and friends.

Mum has been in the Beeches for over two years now. She seems quite content although she is not always sure where she is. I am more than satisfied with the care she is receiving and cannot praise the staff highly enough.

My mother spent the last several months of her life at The Beeches. We were extremely happy with the care that she received. The staff can only be described as lovely - they are genuinely warm and caring and very willing to spend time engaging with and assisting the residents.
My mother was in the late stages of Alzheimer's: able to communicate but with increasing difficulty and her behaviour was sometimes awkward. The understanding shown was touching.
The home is modest in size and beautifully located, with lounges and a large conservatory overlooking a wonderful garden. At the same time, it is secure. Meals are eaten in a dining room - the quality of the food appeared to be good and it was certainly appreciated by my mother (who, prior to her move, had eaten sporadically, often declining the microwave food offered up by a visiting carer).

I have absolutely no hesitation in warmly recommending The Beeches.

My mother has been at The Beeches for nearly 10 years. She is very special to me and has been all my life so when the time came for a care home to be found it had to be a special home to look after a special person and The Beeches certainly is. They treat mum with dignity, always having time for her, talking to her and treating her as an individual. Even though mum has no idea regarding her surroundings she reacts to the voices of the staff. When I visit they will often let me know little things about mum because they have made an effort to get to know her well. The management and staff also respect ideas and thoughts that we as relatives have. Every time I visit mum I thank my lucky stars we found The Beeches.

Staff are very kind and caring, show dignity. I feel I can have a joke with the staff have a good rapport with most. The food I find satisfactory, staff will offer alternative choice should I wish for something different, my room is smaller than I would like but this is of no fault of the home. I feel safe and secure staff always on hand when I need them.

Excellent care provided to my Nan by compassionate, caring staff in an clean and tidy home.
The staff were extremely understanding of not only my nan's needs but also helped with the family in coming to terms and understanding of dementia.

As a family we'd fully recommend The Beeches for there first class care and facilities.

The Beeches is a friendly and caring environment with high levels of care and cleanliness. My mother has been at The Beeches for nearly five years and I have had no concerns about her care during this time. I visit two of three times a week at varying times of the day and I've always found mum clean, happy and well fed.
