The Bellstone is a clean, bright and cheerful place to live. The staff are friendly, helpful and very efficient. The place is extremely well managed and run. The residents are happy, safe and well looked after.

Bellstone is just like home from home. The staff are caring and helpful and make residents and visitors alike feel part of one happy family. I am regularly kept up to date with my mum's care plan and fully involved in any decisions. Bellstone is extremely clean and tidy and has regular opportunities for entertainment and activities.

This is an extremely friendly and welcoming home. Mother has been here for almost 2-years and is very happy. Since being here, her mobility has improved greatly with the encouragement and support of staff. Mum has gained weight and is overall much improved from when she arrived. There seems to be very little staff turn over, which is lovely for residents and visitors.

My family and I cannot fault the care and support that has been given to my dad and us as a family for the last 11 years. My dad sadly passed away just recently and the care that dad received from everyone was amazing. They weren't just his carers they were his friends. Dad was so happy living there. I would highly recommend a visit if you have a loved one that needs care.
Everyone at the Bellstone has been very lucky to have known and cared for your dad. It was a pleasure looking after him over the eleven years. He was always a happy and kind man and made everyone around him smile. He will be much missed.
Bellstone is a residential care home near Felixstowe seafront.
My mother has been in the home for more than 6 years and in that time, both the management and staff have always taken great care of her.
