I think that Innisfree is an excellent home. Given the management and care demands involved, there is a really noticeable optimism and caring atmosphere.
As a son of a resident, I am treated with interest and courtesy and involved in discussions regarding care.

Staff members are interested in her and respond to my mother as an individual and provide good physical care and work with her showing warmth and courtesy at all times.

Overall Experience

During my 10 years of being a resident at Innisfree, I have obviously seen lots of changes - some good - some not so good, but overall this is a very easy going home. Quite a lot of activities take place, also seasonal parties ie Easter, summer, Halloween, Christmas, with plenty of food and drink. There is also bingo, quizzes, and outside entertainment for those who wish to join in. The average age varies from mid 70s - mid 90s, which consist of both male and female hairdresser, chiropodist and a laundry service is always available.

Staff are very very kind. They look after me well. I enjoy living here. I love my room, it's nice and clean. I have nothing to grouch about and I only speak as I find.

As far as I am concerned, I receive excellent service, thank you!
