Giles has owned Somerset House since May 2011. A chartered surveyor by profession, he has been working with care businesses for many years and has owned and run several other small care homes in the past. Like Julie, the manager, Giles believes that the secret to running a successful care home is to ensure that the well-being of the people who make it their home is always a priority.
