Residents enjoy spacious lounge areas and personalised bedrooms designed for comfort and privacy. Ground floor rooms open onto patios overlooking the four acre garden, where residents can experience seasonal beauty and local wildlife.
The residents live in small household groups with high staff to resident ratios, fostering a family like atmosphere rather than an institutional setting. Carers are companions as well as caregivers, taking time for meaningful conversations and activities. All staff receive specialist training to support individuals living with dementia.

My husband was a resident for a few weeks before being admitted to hospital. Whenever I saw him he looked clean and well-cared for despite his complex needs. I am writing as a regular visitor to my sister so my opinions reflect only what I see on my visits not my sister's experience. On the whole I see a calm well run home. The residents are always clean and tidy and their needs are always promptly met. Although my sister does not care to take much part in activities there seems to be a varied programme. Carers seem to me to be invariably attentive and kind to visitors as well as residents. I would like to think that my sister could be taken outdoors occasionally when the weather allows.

The staff levels ensure all aspects of care are provided whereby in total you would struggle to find one of equal standing in the area. Visiting, they are all more than helpful telephone calls are answered promptly and they provided me and my wife the satisfaction my sister is in good hands for which we offer a huge thank you. My sister-in-law lived at Beaumont Court Care Home for the last year of her life whilst suffering from increasingly severe dementia. From the outset, she was made very welcome and was happy there. There were lots of reasons for this but the most important, by far, was the wonderful staff. The care delivered was of the highest standard by people who, without exception, were loving, empathetic and always had time to talk and listen. Her physical needs were looked after beautifully which cannot have been easy. All this meant that, at first, she showed really positive signs of improvement and her subsequent decline was in no way the fault of the home. They kept us fully informed of her progress and would telephone us if they had the slightest concern. We were made welcome whenever we visited which made us feel very comfortable and towards the end, we were assured we could visit at any time, day or night. A completely professional but relaxed home. I cannot find any fault at all and my wife agrees.

If there is any minor mishap during the day, such as a stumble or fall, I always receive a telephone call to inform me of this and to reassure me that all is well.

Mum moved into Beaumont Court from a care home in Surrey during the Covid lockdown period. It was difficult to see the home as we were only able to view it from the outside, but the staff we met at the time were extremely kind and obviously had a wealth of experience in caring with those living with dementia. We are so pleased we made the decision to move Mum to Beaumont Court, the care she continues to receive there is wonderful. The staff are patient, kind and caring not just to Mum and the other residents but to us as a family too. Although Mum lives with Alzheimer's and does not really have much understanding of what is going on she is happy, contented and extremely well cared for.

It was a very difficult time having to take the decision to find a home for my Mother who suffers from Dementia. Beaumont Court and the staff who work there made the decision very much easier and when we visited the home Mother really liked it and she decided that was where she wanted to live....
