My 98-year-old mother has been at Beaumont Court for about 4 years, she is frail medically but fully competent mentally. My mother has nothing but praise for the staff and her care, she is never without company or stimulus if she needs it but also loves her room when a little solitude is required.
Due to their diligence, they have remained covid free, through the entire pandemic, while still maintaining the highest standard of care. Neither my mother nor I, have had any concerns regarding her safety.
The grounds are beautiful and in warm weather provide access for socially distanced visits.
I am always kept fully informed if there is ever a health problem and find everyone very approachable and welcoming.

I cannot speak highly enough of Beaumont Court it is a true home from home.

Totally unrivalled care and compassion, my Mom is completely happy, she has a lovely room, excellent food, amazing care and I can honestly say that in the 12 months she has been at Beaumont Court, she has gone from strength to strength. The wonderful people who look after her are completely dedicated to everyone in their care and can only be described as treasured friends both to my mom and myself and my partner.

My mother has been a resident for over 5 years. Moving my mother into a care home was probably the most difficult decision I have ever had to make. However, from the minute I walked into Beaumont Court I knew I was getting her the best that I could. I had visited several homes but never felt like they could be a real home for my mom. At Beaumont Court there was a "buzz" about the place, music was playing, there were chatter and laughter. Windows and doors were open, there was fresh air, the lovely garden and the rooms were spacious and airy. The staff are lovely, always so cheerful and caring. I have never had cause to regret my decision or my choice and would have no problem in recommending Beaumont Court to anyone struggling with this difficult decision.

My mother has been a resident of Beaumont Court since March 2018. Throughout her time there she has been looked after extremely well. During the three years, her needs have changed and everything has been done to make her life as comfortable as possible. The facilities are good and the staff are kind and considerate. During the recent period of Covid 19 restrictions, everyone has worked hard to keep my Mother safe and to facilitate contact with the family by phone and video calls. If there are any issues I am kept informed and I am always confident that everything possible will be done to overcome them.

My father has been a resident here for three years or so now, and in that time I feel that both he and I, and the rest of our family, have built up a good relationship with the staff who care for him and look after the home. It is so reassuring to know that there is always someone looking-in to make sure Dad is alright and have a chat with him - they really do take the time to care, and to learn each resident's likes and dislikes, their interests and their own individual personalities. It is also comforting to know that the staff are very vigilant about Dad's health and are quick to pick-up on any early signs when he isn't feeling so well, and act accordingly.

Beaumont Court is like a "home from home", the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, everyone - residents and their visitors alike - are treated like one big family, and we feel very lucky that Dad was able to come here.

We have found Beaumont Court to be an excellent care home for Dementia sufferers. The care is given in a family-type unit and has made my mother happier than she has been for several years.

Looking forward to seeing the new conservatory. It is lovely to see staff pets, brought a smile to residents' faces. Recently watched Dementia choir, does Beaumont Court have plans to introduce music therapy? My dad used to go to a memory club and music was always prominent with different entertainers. It would be great to have a regular newsletter, for example, letting us know what is planned what has been successful and how fees are being utilised.

My Aunty has been at Beaumont Court for 19 months now.
She has settled in very well and refers to it as her home. The house itself has a lovely homely feel and all the staff go out of their way to ensure the residents are well looked after. There are daily activities for the residents to join in with and trips out in the minibus.

I would definitely recommend Beaumont Court to anyone who wants first-class care for their family.

Beaumont Court has a friendly, family atmosphere that permeates through the three houses. The staff are approachable; warm and kind, they take time to get to know the residents and their families. As both of my parents are residents I have spent a lot of time at Beaumont Court and have seen how individual needs are considered and supported.

I would recommend Beaumont Court for those with dementia as I feel this is a particular strength. The care provided to my father who has dementia and the support received by myself and my family has been excellent.

I am absolutely delighted with the care the staff of Beaumont Court have given my mother during her time there. They have shown great kindness and patience in the way they respond to her needs and handle her dementia.

As a Butterfly Home, Beaumont Court specialises in dementia and the staff embrace the ethos of family. For this to work, the home has been subdivided into three smaller houses each colourfully decorated. Each house has its regular staff, who know the residents extremely well.

A wide variety of stimulating activities are carried out in the sunny day rooms and the residents also gather there to dine and interact together. I really can’t praise it highly enough. The carers genuinely care.

I am so delighted at the positive change in my mum since she has been cared for at Beaumont Court. She is smiling and laughing again and genuinely happy in her environment. She is much more coherent in her speech and has built relationships in her new home very quickly and from the moment she arrived. She told me she had 'landed on her feet here and couldnt believe her luck as it was so lovely'.

The care given is imaginative, caring and completely appropriate to the family members living here. She is relaxed, eating well and looks much better in her general health. Other family members have noticed the difference in her and like me are delighted. We feel like we are visiting her home and the magic worked by the manageress and her team is just inspiring. All homes should be like this. I am so grateful that I have my mum back. Thank you to everyone at Beaumont for making a wonderful difference.

My mum moved to Beaumont Court from another care home. Beaumont Court managed the transition exceptionally well and mum settled very quickly. The Manager and staff are exceptional and after two weeks, mum told me that “I am so lucky to live here, I have really fallen on my feet and it’s a lovely place, and nothing is too much trouble”. She has gone from being distressed and angry to a happily settled lady who feels she is at home.

Beaumont Court is a very well-managed and happy home. Mum was in residence for 18 months. She was cared for with exceptional dignity and respect. Very impressed with high level of 1/1 care given during some challenging times. The home is constantly improving facilities, particularly with respect to dementia care. Lovely environment. Most happy to recommend Beaumont Court to potential service users.

My mother has been a resident at Beaumont Court for five years, and in that time, although her health has deteriorated, the quality of care she is given has steadily improved. The facilities that my mother is offered are good, but although throughout the home some are varied, there seems to be a plan to consistently improve and update.

I would hope that some thought is being given to improving the kitchen and the quality of food on offer, as I feel this is an area where improvements could be made.

However, the quality of care and the kindness and consideration shown to my mother has been excellent throughout; it feels as if my mum is part of a larger family at her home.

My father has been a resident at Beaumont Court for almost three years. It has a home from home, relaxed atmosphere and my father feels very safe, secure and happy there. He is very well looked after and all the staff are charming, hard-working, attentive and accommodating. When my husband and I visit we are always made to feel very welcome as are the rest of the family. There are plenty of varying activities available for the residents but there is no pressure for them to participate. As a family, we are very pleased that my father now lives somewhere that he can feel is his home surrounded by people who have his health and well being at heart.

My mother has been extremely well looked after since she has been at Beaumont Court Care Home. She is over 100 years old but is treated with dignity and all her needs, and these have increased since she moved into the home, are well catered for by very friendly staff. The whole atmosphere of the establishment is excellent with plenty of staff who really care about the residents.

My review of Beaumont Court Care Home with Nursing is second to none. Firstly the care and attention given to my mother (who has now passed away) was the best we could have asked for. Everyone who helped her was wonderful. My dad is also there now and receiving the same care and attention. I have no criticism of this home or staff, it's superb. Its setting is tranquil and could not wish for anything better.

I'm 82 and for the last 9 years as a resident, I've occupied my same fine room with its own washroom. There I love my morning shower to freshen up. The showering facilities are excellent over the hand basin. At first, I had difficulty rising up from the toilet as I suffer from cellulitis causing swelling up of legs and feet, listening to me, they quickly fitted apparatus firmly over the toilet, with grip hand on each side and ever since I have no trouble raising up. I was a carer myself for both mum and dad in our family home. The carers here are wonderful and I regard them as friends. In a beautiful but remote location but with no regular bus services, all our staff need their own reliable cars to get them to work for different shift times. They're a friendly and cheery bunch but with plenty of hard work coming up, they work so well together. I'm just one lucky one who has benefitted from their help and care. I delight in seeing my family visitors who are always made most welcome here. They, like me, think this home is a wonderful, well-run place and I can't have chosen better to spend time for the years of my life!
