I cannot speak highly enough of Beaumont Court it is a true home from home.

Totally unrivalled care and compassion, my Mom is completely happy, she has a lovely room, excellent food, amazing care and I can honestly say that in the 12 months she has been at Beaumont Court, she has gone from strength to strength. The wonderful people who look after her are completely dedicated to everyone in their care and can only be described as treasured friends both to my mom and myself and my partner.

My mother has been a resident for over 5 years. Moving my mother into a care home was probably the most difficult decision I have ever had to make. However, from the minute I walked into Beaumont Court I knew I was getting her the best that I could. I had visited several homes but never felt like they could be a real home for my mom. At Beaumont Court there was a "buzz" about the place, music was playing, there were chatter and laughter. Windows and doors were open, there was fresh air, the lovely garden and the rooms were spacious and airy. The staff are lovely, always so cheerful and caring. I have never had cause to regret my decision or my choice and would have no problem in recommending Beaumont Court to anyone struggling with this difficult decision.

My mother has been a resident of Beaumont Court since March 2018. Throughout her time there she has been looked after extremely well. During the three years, her needs have changed and everything has been done to make her life as comfortable as possible. The facilities are good and the staff are kind and considerate. During the recent period of Covid 19 restrictions, everyone has worked hard to keep my Mother safe and to facilitate contact with the family by phone and video calls. If there are any issues I am kept informed and I am always confident that everything possible will be done to overcome them.

As a family, we were also happy and relaxed; knowing she was being well cared for.

Beaumont Court is like a "home from home", the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, everyone - residents and their visitors alike - are treated like one big family, and we feel very lucky that Dad was able to come here.

We have found Beaumont Court to be an excellent care home for Dementia sufferers. The care is given in a family-type unit and has made my mother happier than she has been for several years.

Looking forward to seeing the new conservatory. It is lovely to see staff pets, brought a smile to residents' faces. Recently watched Dementia choir, does Beaumont Court have plans to introduce music therapy? My dad used to go to a memory club and music was always prominent with different entertainers. It would be great to have a regular newsletter, for example, letting us know what is planned what has been successful and how fees are being utilised.

I would definitely recommend Beaumont Court to anyone who wants first-class care for their family.

I would recommend Beaumont Court for those with dementia as I feel this is a particular strength. The care provided to my father who has dementia and the support received by myself and my family has been excellent.

I am absolutely delighted with the care the staff of Beaumont Court have given my mother during her time there. They have shown great kindness and patience in the way they respond to her needs and handle her dementia.

A wide variety of stimulating activities are carried out in the sunny day rooms and the residents also gather there to dine and interact together. I really can’t praise it highly enough. The carers genuinely care.

The care given is imaginative, caring and completely appropriate to the family members living here. She is relaxed, eating well and looks much better in her general health. Other family members have noticed the difference in her and like me are delighted. We feel like we are visiting her home and the magic worked by the manageress and her team is just inspiring. All homes should be like this. I am so grateful that I have my mum back. Thank you to everyone at Beaumont for making a wonderful difference.

The staff are very patient and do their best to make my sister feel at home. The place has a lovely relaxed atmosphere and the food is wonderful. I would recommend this care home without hesitation.

My mum moved to Beaumont Court from another care home. Beaumont Court managed the transition exceptionally well and mum settled very quickly. The Manager and staff are exceptional and after two weeks, mum told me that “I am so lucky to live here, I have really fallen on my feet and it’s a lovely place, and nothing is too much trouble”. She has gone from being distressed and angry to a happily settled lady who feels she is at home.

Beaumont Court is a very well-managed and happy home. Mum was in residence for 18 months. She was cared for with exceptional dignity and respect. Very impressed with high level of 1/1 care given during some challenging times. The home is constantly improving facilities, particularly with respect to dementia care. Lovely environment. Most happy to recommend Beaumont Court to potential service users.

My mother has been a resident at Beaumont Court for five years, and in that time, although her health has deteriorated, the quality of care she is given has steadily improved. The facilities that my mother is offered are good, but although throughout the home some are varied, there seems to be a plan to consistently improve and update.

I would hope that some thought is being given to improving the kitchen and the quality of food on offer, as I feel this is an area where improvements could be made.

However, the quality of care and the kindness and consideration shown to my mother has been excellent throughout; it feels as if my mum is part of a larger family at her home.

My father has been a resident at Beaumont Court for almost three years. It has a home from home, relaxed atmosphere and my father feels very safe, secure and happy there. He is very well looked after and all the staff are charming, hard-working, attentive and accommodating. When my husband and I visit we are always made to feel very welcome as are the rest of the family. There are plenty of varying activities available for the residents but there is no pressure for them to participate. As a family, we are very pleased that my father now lives somewhere that he can feel is his home surrounded by people who have his health and well being at heart.

My mother has been extremely well looked after since she has been at Beaumont Court Care Home. She is over 100 years old but is treated with dignity and all her needs, and these have increased since she moved into the home, are well catered for by very friendly staff. The whole atmosphere of the establishment is excellent with plenty of staff who really care about the residents.
