My father became a resident at Ashleigh Manor Care Home in late July 2017. He has been treated with kindness and dignity although it's not like being in his own home it is as close as it can be. Dad was very anxious on arrival but seems to have settled in very well.

Rebecca has been part of Ashleigh Manor for almost her entire life, with the home established by her mum, Maureen, in 1989. Growing up around the home before going on to build her own career within it has given Rebecca a wealth of knowledge and experience in the care sector.
Rebecca is highly qualified and experienced, having attended university and qualified as a teacher alongside developing her extensive knowledge within health and social care. She has worked across many areas of Ashleigh Manor over the years and was previously the Home Manager. After having her son, she stepped back from frontline management while remaining closely involved in the business, taking responsibility for areas including accounts and payroll.
Now, as Provider, Rebecca is once again very much involved in the day-to-day running and continued development of Ashleigh Manor. She works closely with CQC, the Local Authority and other professionals to continually develop the service and ensure residents receive safe, high-quality and person-centred care.
Following the sad passing of her mum, continuing her legacy and building upon everything she created is incredibly important to Rebecca. She is passionate about seeing Ashleigh Manor continue to succeed, with residents at the heart of the home and the family values on which it was built remaining as important today as they were when Ashleigh Manor first opened.
