Review from Debbie G (Wife of Resident) published on 28 June 2018 Submitted via Postal Card
Overall Experience
Agincourt is a home from home, lovely en-suite rooms with all your own things around you. Even hubby's dogs can come along to visit which is wonderful for him. The care cannot be faulted compassionate, dignified and extremely thoughtful 24/7. I no longer fear for hubby's safety whole at Agincourt.

Also, I'm only 10 mins away, so hubby and I can see each other every day. Also, homemade food, trips out and activities, entertainment etc. Medical care is excellent.

A jolly and noisy place to be most of the time, with very helpful staff who work with confidence and the food is good!

Review from Yvonne S (Daughter of Resident) published on 26 June 2018 Submitted via Postal Card
Overall Experience
The staff are always supportive, friendly and caring. Furniture in lounge and dining room needs replacing as it is very stained and whiffy.

Residents are generally well looked after in sometimes chaotic circumstances.
