Kingsley Court Reviews (24)
Over all time Kingsley Court has 24 reviews.
My mother dreaded going into a home but was medically unfit to stay at home. The home she is in cannot be faulted. I looked at seven others and this one appealed immediately. I have visited over the last two years at all times of day and there has never been one thing wrong. It is kept clean, no smell, food excellent and all the staff and management are kind, cheery and efficient. I would be more than happy if I eventually end up there. I recommend it most highly. I also have very high standards.
We chose Kingsley Court as it was homely and the staff were friendly. Any concerns we have are addressed.
I feel very comfortable and welcome when entering Kingsley Court. The atmosphere is friendly and homely. I feel at ease to ask questions that are answered and I am kept informed. I feel my mother is very well looked after and cared for by all the staff and management and is a team effort that works well together to deliver a warm, welcoming, friendly, homely, safe and cared for environment for all its residents and families.
This has all helped my mother to settle in during a very difficult time with the challenges that giving up her independence and home entails and we as a family, have confidence in the care that she is being given.

Qualifications & Responsibilities -
I’m working towards Level 5 in Adult Social Care.At Kingsley Court, we work all together as a family and share our experiences and responsibilities every day.
What do you enjoy most about working at Friary Care? -
* Being part of the big family. Not only with mycolleagues but also with residents and their families.
* Daily laughter
* Daily challenges, motivate me to learn and be better at my job

My job involves ensuring that residents' care plans are up to date, to make sure that they get the correct care. I liaise with other healthcare professionals, family and friends of residents.
I get to spend time with the people who live here, and learn their life history and also that of their families as they play a big role in the care of each person here.
Qualifications -
I have done lots of training over the years, NVQ qualifications, and in-house mandatory training with needs regular updating, my last achieved qualification outside of in-house mandatory training was a Level 5 diploma in leadership for health and social care.
What do you enjoy most about working at Friary Care? -
I enjoy meeting people and hearing their history and trying to make the days better for them by spending time and chatting with them, they are all individuals with different stories to tell. They learn as much about us as we do them when we sit and chat.
I enjoy having the freedom in my workday to stop and spend time with the people who live there, whether that be in the house or going out for coffee with them.
