Overall Experience

Our friend has been a resident at Nazareth Lodge for over 2 years. We visit her regularly. During that time, we have been totally satisfied with the level of care she has received. The staff are very attentive and the food is good. Her room is modern and cleaned regularly. She is very contented and feels at home. I would have no hesitation in recommending Nazareth Lodge to others, as we have done in the past.

Dad was in Nazareth lodge for 12 years, he was very well cared for, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. He loved that the owner's dogs came and visited, as we had always had dogs at home and this made it " just like home". He enjoyed the freedom of going up into town on his buggy, which was always brought round to the front door by the staff.

I would throughly recommend Nazareth lodge, they couldn't have been kinder and more thoughtful to my dear old sometimes grumpy dad, their patience was outstanding.

Overall Experience

Nazareth Lodge has provided thoroughly professional care to my father for the past ten months. He has been extremely content in the home, and I have no complaints whatsoever. The staff are kind, attentive, patient and caring in every way possible, with nothing ever appearing to be too much trouble. The home may not at first glance seem to be the most modern and flashy looking home that can perhaps be found elsewhere, but the level of care is more important and I have no hesitation in recommending Nazareth Lodge as a truly excellent place.

Overall Experience

My husband is already a resident and I have spent two weeks in respite care. I have been wonderfully cared for and feel I have recovered very quickly. I cannot fault the staff, who are so caring and gentle and always cheerful. The food is lovely, well cooked and presented. There are plenty of activities organised and outings arranged for mobile residents. This is an excellent care home and its awards are well deserved.

My father is being very well cared for and we have absolutely no cause for any complaint. The staff are wonderfully caring, patient and understanding. They always have time for each individual resident and for relatives, always ensuring that we, as visitors, are well looked after and are made to feel welcome. Would have no problem in recommending the home to others. Thank you, Nazareth Lodge, you deserve your CQC Outstanding recognition.

Overall Experience
Deciding where my mother should live after our father died was one of the most difficult decisions we had to make. As a family we looked at many homes and were very impressed when we got to Nazareth Lodge with is friendly and professional staff from senior managers to the carers. The carers at Nazareth Lodge are very special individuals, picked for their kindness and empathy.
The residents at Nazareth Lodge are all treated as individuals and can do as much or as little as they wish.

I am kept informed of my mother's health and what she has been doing and when I visit I always feel welcome and as cared for as her. It is a joy to go to Nazareth Lodge which makes a huge difference to us all. As a family, we are extremely happy with the care and attention my mother gets and it is wonderful that she is very content and we know she is safe and being well looked after.
