Overall Experience

My mother has been at The Laurels for about four years. We have been very satisfied with her care over that time. We especially like it because it is small (number of residents), it is clean and the food is mostly 'English' (this suits Mum). Most important the staff are kind, patient and local - they know places and people that Mum knows.
