Have helped mum immensely.
Mum now settled in, helping her with personal hygiene, feeding when necessary, mum says the food is good, mum now generally relaxed and not so stressed.

Sleeps better at night now.

Overall Experience
My mother-in-law is a resident at Woodfalls. Although she was restless to begin with, the patience and kindness from all members of staff, she settled well and now thinks of it as a home.

Myself and my husband are very grateful for all the effort they have made. Also, a very big thank you for all the effort in making her 100th birthday so special, so much thought went into it. I would recommend this care home, it is what it says, a care home. Thank you again for looking after her so well.

Overall Experience

Woodfalls Care Home is often known as being 'home from home' - and it's absolutely easy to see why. My Mum has been a resident here for the last 6 years, and I would recommend this home to anyone, without hesitation. The staff are all brilliant. I know Mum is loved and taken great care of in a lovely, bright and sunny home. The staff always go above and beyond to help - and since my Dad's passing they have been so brilliantly supportive -- I simply could not think of a nicer care home. If all care homes were like this and had this much heart, what a lovely world we'd live in. Thank you, Woodfalls team!
