The 5 points available are broken down as follows:
4 points are available for the first 5 Positive Reviews; 3.00 points for the first Positive Review, and then 0.25 Points for each of the next 4 Positive Reviews.
1 point is available for reaching a target number of Positive Reviews based on 20% of the number of registered maximum number of service users. Very thoughtful, friendly staff who really helped and cared for the residents in a dignified way. My mother was in the home for 7 months whilst the premises underwent improvements. During her stay, she was well cared for by the staff at all times. They were caring and attentive and with close contact with the family gave us the confidence that she was in good hands 24 hours a day. The staff made sure that everyone was involved in activities as much as the residents were able. Nothing was too much trouble and the management was very effective. They made a difficult time for 2 daughters so much easier.
