Compton Manor is not just another care home in Coventry. Under new management since September 2023, the home is embedded with the belief of truly caring about all residents. The ethos is a simple one, "Treat every resident as if they are your own grandparents" every member of the team is instilled with this ethos when joining the home.

The residents' home is continuously undergoing refurbishments to meet the needs of all resident adults aged 18 and over. They are very particular to meet every resident's personal care needs including requiring one-to-one support from a skilled carer. Residents have the benefit of 24-hour on-site staff for safety and security, as well as support and companionship. The team of carers play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of the residents they serve.

The home offers a varied activities programme, such as games, exercise classes, quizzes, arts and crafts and gardening in the more warmer months to keep residents interested and entertained.

Staff are dedicated to making sure that residents receive nothing but the best care inside and out. They provide a personalised experience for every person who steps through the doors. Residents do not live in the team's workplace, the team works in the residents' home.

My mother has blended in nicely with our care givers and the other residents. The staff are caring and warm with a wonderful sense of humour in some cases, which is always a plus. The staff treat my mother with respect and have her well being at heart. Their professional attitude is always appreciated
when and if necessary. The staff treat my mother as an individual personality that is required at times.
I would recommend this care home to friends and family without reservation.

Staff are pleasant and attentive to my mother. Clinical care is very good, especially follow up care from the hospital. The catering and head chef is exceptional, my mum has a good relationship with her. Her dietary needs are met fully.
Overall - we are satisfied with my mum's care.

My husband was well looked after by dedicated and caring staff I would certainly recommend Compton Manor. Food was great. Staff is compassionate if loveing. My husband was there for 6 weeks and I can't praise enough. Home is warmly decorated and very welcoming.

I can not speak highly enough of the staff and the care provided at Compton Manor.
When my partner went into the home she was very frail and eating very little. While there she started eating well and became more mobile. The change was remarkable and she was able to come home after four weeks.
The staff, without exception, were caring and pleasant.

The care that my mum received whilst staying at Compton Manor was outstanding. Every single staff member was kind, patient and considerate of my mum's needs and wishes.
They got her eating, drinking and moving well enough to be discharged, which was the main aim of her stay there.
My mum got new
furniture in her room during her stay too and we, as visitors, we're offered refreshments each time we were there.
Huge thanks to everyone there - care is absolutely what you do - very well indeed.

All the staff seem friendly and helpful. Grandma has settled in well. Grandma has eaten well today, I was also given some food which was nice. The bedroom is clean tidy and well kept which is good to see.

Staff are welcoming its very clean staff are always there to sort any issues immediately. Mum wasn't well the other week, staff were really on the ball and responded to mum's needs quickly. The staff are really caring and helpful. They were very good at administrating the medication.

The staff are very friendly and willing to accommodate the needs of the residents. Head Chef in the kitchen is a star accommodating the dietary requirements that my mother needs.
My mother loved the Christmas party that the staff organised and enjoyed the visit from Santa.

It's really nice here and the staff are lovely. They seem very kind and my aunty loves them. They gave us tea and biscuits. One staff member in particular is very nice and polite and really looks after people.

My brother has settled in well. He finds the 24-hour care facility very reassuring. He enjoys the routine, particularly the time spent colouring and practising his piano in his room. He finds that the staff are attentive and are very kind to him.

What I've noticed is the peace and tranquility it's so much calmer and nicer. Staff look calmer and are being managed well. There's a nice feel to this home staff look happier. The decor is more airy and lighter.

Very good overall. All the staff were very friendly and courteous with genuine smiles on their face. The only thing I would say may need improvement is the door opening system for visitors. My Mother seems to be quite happy about the atmosphere in the residence and her interaction with the staff was
