Compton Manor is not just another care home in Coventry. Under new management since September 2023, the home is embedded with the belief of truly caring about all residents.

The residents' home is continuously undergoing refurbishments to meet the needs of all resident adults aged 18 and over. They are very particular to meet every resident's personal care needs including requiring one-to-one support from a skilled carer. Residents have the benefit of 24-hour on-site staff for safety and security, as well as support and companionship. The team of carers play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of the residents they serve.

The home offers a varied activities programme, such as games, exercise classes, quizzes, arts and crafts and gardening in the more warmer months to keep residents interested and entertained.

Staff are dedicated to making sure that residents receive nothing but the best care inside and out. They provide a personalised experience for every person who steps through the doors. Residents do not live in the team's workplace, the team works in the residents' home.

The care my grandma receives is good. The staff are friendly and helpful. The staff accommodate to my gran's needs and the care home also provides Indian food to cater for my gran.

Dad was here for approximately 12 months. The staff were brilliant and under their care, his health improved and he gained weight. Whilst he was not always the most compliant resident. They were able to interact with him and get him to eat and wash and generally improve his mental state.

Very thoughtful, friendly staff who really helped and cared for the residents in a dignified way. My mother was in the home for 7 months whilst the premises underwent improvements. During her stay, she was well cared for by the staff at all times. They were caring and attentive and with close contact
with the family gave us the confidence that she was in good hands 24 hours a day. The staff made sure that everyone was involved in activities as much as the residents were able. Nothing was too much trouble and the management was very effective. They made a difficult time for 2 daughters so much easier.
