Overall very satisfied with care given at Earlsdon Lodge. Good to know Mum is being looked after. The staff try to keep residents happy & busy. Summer fete was very good & everyone had a good time.
Exellent Home great entertainment for the Summer party Very pleased all round With great care, attention at all times-
Birthday cake provided and photos taken by staff all obviously very caring, thoughtful and full of humour and patience shown towards our friend, who has reached 89 years.
The home is a good advert for care, friendship and comfort for someone with dementia.
Really pleased with how mum has settled in. She has taken part in activities and is getting out for walks. Feel assured mum is being well cared for and looked after.
Excellent activities by Taj. Excellent food, amazing by Valentino.
My 102-year-old mother-in-law was treated with the utmost care and compassion for the last few months of her life. She had previously lived very happily at the home for nearly 6 years. Her family were pleased with how safe and contented she was there after her stress and anxiety living semi-independently with increasing dementia.
It is both our privilege and commitment to provide the care that brings comfort, contentment and peace to our residents and their families.
Both parents moved into Earlsdon Lodge in February 2025 and they have had a new lease of life! Care is excellent, both mum and dad are clean, well dressed and happy in themselves. Highly recommended.
We're glad to hear that your parents are happy with their care at Earlsdon Lodge and the they've found a new lease of life. Our team always strives to provide the very best support and it'd wonderful to know its making a difference.
My brother has been at Earlsdon Lodge Care Home for a year. During his stay here he has been very happy. He loves the activities and his picture is on many of the activities photographs around the home. He is encouraged to take part and join in which makes him very happy. Every member of staff is kind and caring and also welcoming to his family and friends. Earlsdon Lodge is very enriching and happy place.
We're so please to hear that your brother is happy at the home and is enjoying the activities. Its wonderful that you and your family also find the home welcoming. Thank you for your kind words , I will share your kind words with our team.
When Earldson Lodge push the boat out that is exactly what they do. It was so lovely to see all the happy faces of the residents relatives and staff having so much fun. The entertainer was very good singing "Goodnight Sweetheart" in his 1940's clothes even the carers joined in. The Bouncy Castle was a brilliant idea for the children who attended. We managed to navigate the rain and the food wasn't bad either.
It was my mum's husband's 96th birthday the activities and events coordinator did a wonderful job in organising photos and the seating area. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Thank you so much.
Thank you for your kind words and we are glad you enjoyed the day. Thank you for your kind words towards our activities coordinator. I will be sure to pass on your comments. If we can be of any further assistance, please don't hesitate to ask. We look forward to next year's party.
It is my grandad's birthday so we are visiting his wife. The Activities Organiser has set up chairs, pictures, and banners and offered music. She sang Happy Birthday and took lots of pictures and videos for us. Absolutely lovely time.
Thanks you for your kind words and we are really happy that the staff at Earlsdon Lodge could make it a happy time for your grandad and the extended family. His carer does a great job and always takes it over and above what is required from her. Our residents are all part of the Earlsdon Lodge family.
The lovely activity organiser arranged a tea party for my grandad's 96th birthday. My nan is a resident and 8 of us were given an area to sit together - sing happy birthday, eat cake and spend time together. She offered drinks music and took lots of photos. Thank you for making the day special.
Thank you for your kind words. It was nice you all could attend and join in the celebrations and look forward to having more celebrations in the future.
Fantastic care and attention throughout. Can't thank them enough for the phenomenal effort to make Grandad's birthday so special!
The Activities Coordinator was excellent during our visit - she went out of her way to make us all feel welcome and comfortable. So lovely that she came in on her day off!
We used Earlsdon Lodge Care Home for a 2-week respite for my Mother. As it was the first time, we looked at many homes and Earlsdon Lodge gave us the confidence that our mother would be looked after. They proved us right - the manager was great from start to end. The staff were so good with my Mother. They made it feel like home for her. To make us comfortable we had the opportunity to video call our Mum and received many photos to reassure us that Mum was doing well. Thank you so much and needless to say we have booked with them again.
Thank you for taking your time, to give us feedback. We are happy she enjoyed her stay with us.
Always welcoming. This home has changed owners this year and is showing improvement. The management team has been in post for some time and new staff have been taken on. The staffing seems more settled now and new residents are being taken in. There are certainly signs of improvement taking place.
Thanks for taking your time to leave us a review. We endeavour to continue to make improvements to our service to provide the best environment for our service users.

We had a very good experience and enjoyed the entertainment, the food was well appreciated. Thank you for the invitation, my mum and dad enjoyed it too.

I can see that my gran is receiving high quality care. The staff were friendly and attentive and the facilities were clean and tidy. The staff had gone above and beyond in setting up a birthday party for my gran. They provided food and decorations and took photos. I know they also put on a lot of other activities for the residents.
