Every time I visit my father, the friendly attitude of the staff and the general feeling of 'home from home' is ever present. A wonderful home that gives me the comfort and confidence of knowing that my Dad is in good hands.

My father has been a resident at The Willows for 18 months. He has settled in completely and loves the 'banter' with the staff. The home has a great 'home from home' feeling and I am totally happy with my Dad's care at The Willows.

The care and concern by all for Mum is excellent. Mum is happier now and smiles more than she has for the last three years which we are pleased about. She eats well, is happy with activities which are done and the whole experience for Mum and me is really excellent.

The management and staff of the Willows Care Home have my total confidence. There was an incident earlier in the year, concerning my wife but this was resolved to my satisfaction. I am totally satisfied with the care received by my wife.
