The Willows Residential Care Home welcomes relatives and friends during set visiting times that reflect residents’ daily care, rest and meal schedules. Visits are encouraged to take place during quieter periods to promote a calm and positive experience. Visitors may be asked to follow any health or safety guidelines in place to protect residents. Staff remain on hand to support residents in preparing for visits and to provide assistance throughout the visit when required.
Parking
Visitor parking is available on the grounds at The Willows Residential Care Home, with clearly marked spaces located near the entrance for ease of access. As parking can become limited at peak times, guests may need to plan extra time on arrival. On-street parking is generally available in the nearby area when the car park is full. Since mother went into The Willows in October she has made massive improvement, previously she did not recognise me but the care and attention she is now receiving has made a great improvement thanks to the Manager and the team she now enjoys the company and the social mixing, her general wellbeing...
Since mother went into The Willows in October she has made massive improvement, previously she did not recognise me but the care and attention she is now receiving has made a great improvement thanks to the Manager and the team she now enjoys the company and the social mixing, her general wellbeing from eating properly has made such a difference, when I visit the staff are always out and about very friendly and helpful. As I live in Birmingham this has been a great weight off myself knowing that she is happy at the Willows. A heartfelt thanks to you all.
