The Willows Residential Care Home welcomes relatives and friends during set visiting times that reflect residents’ daily care, rest and meal schedules. Visits are encouraged to take place during quieter periods to promote a calm and positive experience. Visitors may be asked to follow any health or safety guidelines in place to protect residents. Staff remain on hand to support residents in preparing for visits and to provide assistance throughout the visit when required.
Visitor parking is available on the grounds at The Willows Residential Care Home, with clearly marked spaces located near the entrance for ease of access. As parking can become limited at peak times, guests may need to plan extra time on arrival. On-street parking is generally available in the nearby area when the car park is full. Visitors are requested to park respectfully, ensuring access points, driveways and emergency routes remain unobstructed at all times.

To provide occupational opportunities for individual residents. To confidently plan and organise group activity programmes.
The favourite part of her working day is making a difference and seeing a smile on residents’ faces is what motivates her and keeps her going; makes her job rewarding. It is the satisfaction gained knowing she has made a difference.
The biggest professional challenge in her current role is working with advanced dementia residents and understanding their challenging individual needs.
