My Sister is a resident at the willows and has been there since 2020.
I'm happy with the care and kindness the staff show her she is well looked after.
The new manager has been excellent and has been so enthusiastic and keen to make changes which is reassuring for myself and the family. I feel I
can approach the manager if I have any concerns and it will be addressed accordingly. I am happy for my sister to be at the Willows and the excellent care she receives a big thank your hard work

My husband is diagnosed with Alzheimer's Dementia and needs lots of patience in order to meet his care needs. The carers at The Willows Care home have made what has been a very difficult time for myself and my husband as pleasant as possible with their kind thoughtful acts and professional practice.
All the carers male and female are very hard working looking after a mixed group of residents who have different needs but they are always cheerful and consistent in their work. My husband came for a period of respite last year and has stayed on as a long term resident since. The management are flexible with visiting times as I work full time and always offer me drinks and biscuits on my arrival. My husband is not easy to care for therefore I can not praise his carers enough for sticking by him to ensure he has consistency of care.
We have family meetings at the end of each month where we can meet other friends and family and are kept up to date with all home news.

My Dad went into the Willows two years ago and we had some concerns which werent addressed until the new manager came. Since August 2024 till date, there has been a lot of improvements in the care provided for my dad. His room has been refurbished with new floorings and beddings. We receive weekly care
notes and are always invited for end of month families meeting happening last Saturday of the month. The carers are wonderful though some need more retraining which the manager promised to do. They also improved on the meals served to my dad. My dad is very happy living in this home and we are also happy to see him clean and happy whenever we visit. They take my dad out to the city center weekly to grab a coffee and do some shoppings. They also send us videos and pictures of his activities. The home is the best we have seen it in years. Highly recommended.

My dad has lived at Grovewood since 2022 and is cared for excellently by all the staff. The staff always contact me if any concerns arise or Dad needs something. They always go above and beyond at Grovewood and I would highly recommend Grovewood to anyone. The manager is always available if I need to
discuss anything with her and she ensures that all my dad's needs are met. Thank you Grovewood. Keep doing what you all do as you are all fantastic!

My Nan has been at The Willows for nearly 5 years now and I’m very happy with her care there. The staff has always been attentive, kind, and caring with sincerity. Additionally, with me being the only member of my family taking care of things for my Nan and looking out for her best interests, I have
found them all to be an immense support to myself as well. The current management team is fantastic and I really cannot fault them. My Nan’s level of dementia throughout her time has worsened, as is natural with this disease, and in no way due to the quality of care given. The team has always done the best for her during every single stage of her dementia. I highly recommend The Willows and the care team. I give my utmost thanks for everything that they do for my Nan, the other residents, and the relatives of residents.

Because of his current physical disability, my son is unable to continue to live in his flat and is in need of care. Although he is much younger than the remainder of the residents, I have been relieved that he is receiving the care he needs, has a private room and has caring and good-humoured attention.
His regular visits to hospital for treatment are properly organised as is his medication. Given his current medical condition, the respite care he is receiving is very much appreciated.

Being anxious about our 53-year-old son receiving respite care in a home full of elderly residents we were reassured and relieved to find the staff welcoming, cheerful and caring, treating him with respect, dignity and good humour. He is free to get up, go to bed and have his meals when he wants. We
have built up a good friendly relationship with all the carers on our visits.

The care for my mum was excellent. The carers always made sure she was comfortable and well looked after. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
Not only were they lovely to my mum but they continued to support my dad and myself right up to her passing away.
I would recommend The Willows to anyone looking
for care for a loved one.

I recently visited my great-nan at The Willows Care Home, where she has been a resident for the last few months. I don’t travel to the UK as often as I’d like and thus have not seen my grand-nan since prior to Covid. Since then, she had deteriorated substantially with dementia. Whilst this was extremely
difficult to see during my visit to Coventry, I was impressed with the way The Willows staff cared for her needs. They were patient and considerate when providing assistance to her and more than welcoming to myself and my aunt who visited the home with me. We even stayed for lunch and got fed some homemade fish and chips.
Overall, pleased to see she is in a place like The Willows, being well cared for.

Entrusting the care of a loved one to a residential care home can be a challenging decision. However, from our first encounter with the staff at this remarkable care home, we knew our grandmother was in capable, compassionate hands. I am delighted to share my overwhelmingly positive experience and commend
the incredible staff and care provided during my grandmother's respite stay.
Upon our arrival, we were struck by the warmth and friendliness that radiated throughout the care home. The staff greeted us with genuine smiles, making us feel welcome and immediately at ease. Their professionalism and expertise in caring for the elderly were apparent and their dedication to providing the utmost quality of care was truly inspiring.
The residential care home itself was a picture of comfort and serenity. Impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, the inviting atmosphere was enhanced by thoughtful touches, such as cosy common areas, tranquil gardens and calming colours throughout.

My Aunt has been a resident at The Willows for the past several months, and I have been consistently impressed with the level of care and attention that they receive.
From the moment we first toured the facility, I was struck by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly kind and
knowledgeable, and they made a point to get to know my aunt and her unique needs and preferences.
One thing that has really stood out to me is the sense of community at The Willows Care home. It is clear that the staff go out of their way to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone feels at home.
Overall, I cannot recommend The Willows Care home highly enough! If you are looking for a safe, supportive, and truly caring environment for your loved one, this is the place to be. The staff are exceptional, the facilities are top-notch, and the sense of community is truly special. I feel incredibly grateful to have found such a wonderful place for my aunt to call home.

I can't express enough thanks to the staff at The Willows for the wonderful care they provided my grandmother during her stay. From the moment she arrived, they went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and at home. The facilities were always clean and well-maintained, and the staff was incredibly
attentive to her every need.
They always made sure she had a comfortable bed to sleep in and provided her with delicious, healthy food that she enjoyed. They scheduled activities that matched her interests and abilities, which kept her engaged and allowed her to build new relationships with other residents.
Importantly, every interaction with the staff was a positive one, which helped put our minds at ease knowing that my grandmother was being cared for by caring, kind, and compassionate people. I feel so grateful that my grandmother was able to spend her final months in such a loving and nurturing environment.
I would highly recommend The Willows to anyone. Thank you
