Dad has had various periods of respite and day care over several years. Staff are wonderful, so caring and kind. After a recent spell in hospital, dad transferred for respite and there was a huge change for the better in 24 hours. Food and care excellent. He loves going there and it lifts his mood.
It feels like he's a member of the family going home. The staff deserve medals. Forever in their debt - Thank you.

I cannot recommend Orchard House highly enough, they continuously surpass expectations and show that they care about the residents instead of just being a business.
In addition to the high levels of care provided to residents, the staff are supportive of families who are coming to terms with their
relatives suffering the effects of old age and dementia, they always have time to talk to you and support you.
It really is a lovely place and I sleep easy at night knowing that my Grandmother is well cared for and happy in a safe and supportive environment sensitive to her needs.

Orchard House (Hereford) is an outstanding care home. The staff are fantastic. The Senior Support Worker even came to see my Dad whilst on holiday). He has been in their care for a few years now and there has never been a time that we have been concerned about the care he receives. He is very poorly
at the moment and you can see that the carers and management staff love him as one of their own. The care he and others get is second to none. My husband and I would like to thank Orchard House staff for all their amazing work and kindness given to both ourselves and my Dad.
