There is such a friendly, caring attitude from everyone at the home. Nothing is too much trouble. Mum was not an easy person but all the staff looked after her so well. They were also friendly and helpful to me. I cannot praise Pencombe Hall enough.

Mum's always clean and well cared for. Although the activities mum wishes not to join in. Staff always friendly, caring and helpful and notify of any medication or health changes.

My relatives have been at Pencombe Hall for over 2 years. Am happy with the care they receive from the staff who communicate, any issues regularly and we resolve them together. My relatives like there home and are full of praise for the staff who in my experience are caring and professional.

My nan has been a resident at Pencombe Hall for several years. The care she receives is first class. The staff are kind, caring, professional and treat nan as a family member. Pencombe Hall is always clean, tidy and well presented. The food is of excellent quality and varied. Pencombe Hall is well run
by caring management. I cannot praise the home and staff enough. Pencombe Hall is a home from home.
