I cannot visit my aunt as frequently as I would like as I live some distance away but from what I have seen and heard she appears to be happy and definitely well cared for, for which I thank the staff at Far Fillimore Care Home.

Far Fillimore Care Home has excellent leadership. Where the care of all the residents is top priority at all times. Good hard-working staff, help the residents to achieve within their own capabilities at all times. There are many activities during each month which vary in nature so all can enjoy, to
include family (depending on covid restrictions). Communication with the managers is quick and I am informed at all times of Mum's welfare. The home is very clean and organised. Mum is always well dressed and more importantly, very happy.

Far Fillimore Care Home is based in lovely grounds in the Staffordshire countryside. The home itself is kept clean, and the food is of very good quality. The staff are friendly and informative and give good quality time to the residents as they keep the number of residents per carer to a manageable
level. There is a good range of activities to keep the resident cognitively stimulated.

My sister-in-law is in her fourth year as a resident. During this time, has been superbly cared for and received expert professional supervision. The staff are friendly and are able to cope with any situation. The rooms are very clean and always free from order. Home cooking is provided to a high standard.
The country setting of the home and garden is most attractive.

I can give nothing but praise for everyone involved in Mum's care. We have previous experience with my dad, who was elsewhere, which was entirely the opposite. Having looked after Mum myself at home, I have an idea of the things which every day involves. Mum became a resident during the lockdown, and
so I know the staff were already working in extremely difficult conditions - they did their utmost always to ensure we were well informed and able to see Mum - albeit through a window on occasions - still vital. The home is well managed and clean, and I have never experienced bad odours while visiting. The social events which have been allowed have been friendly and homely - I definitely feel like there is genuine care that the residents are happy. When I have seen other residents they look like Mum - content and well cared for. It’s a compliment to say that I never worry about Mum - something I couldn’t say when Mum had non-residential care teams visiting. I’m happy to give more info if required.

My lovely mum has been a resident for almost 3 years. She says she feels content and safe there. She often says how kind the staff are and I am content knowing all her needs are taken care of. The staff are professional and approachable.

A well-balanced level of service. Set in a beautiful location. It has a very homely atmosphere with friendly though efficient staff and procedures. It is not institutional and every effort is made to accommodate resident wishes. The managers make every effort to care for the wellbeing and happiness

My Auntie has been a resident in the home for two years now and she is both happy and content. Her diet is and health are monitored in accordance with her medical advice. The staff are friendly and helpful, they often take time to be friends with her. All her needs are catered for and whenever I have
had to ask for assistance or something extra for her, her requirements have always been met.
