Kingsley Rest Home, specialises in providing affordable care without compromising standards. The home is sited in Wolstanton, a quiet, tree lined residential area of Newcastle-Under-Lyme.
Kingsley is based in a large, homely and traditional converted Victorian house with many period features that provide a great atmosphere. There are 13 tastefully decorated bedrooms that are well-appointed, yet they do not have a sterile, corporate feel that some modern, purpose-built homes may have.

Very happy with her care, caring staff. Great food and spotlessly clean.
I will find answering some of the questions difficult unless one spends a complete day at the home. I can only say how I felt my husband had responded to the care he had received, on his behaviour whilst there and on his return home.
He was rather disorientated for a couple of days, quite naturally, was expecting me to do things for him, which he normally does himself, as I encourage him to maintain his independence as long as possible.
It is so clean and the staff are always pleasant and polite.
First of all, staff are warm, friendly and caring. So glad to have found this home for my husband. Overall standard excellent - all treated with dignity - everywhere spotless and great cook.
I visit my friend regularly in Kingsley Rest Home and have always found the staff very polite and helpful and it is a pleasure to visit. The home is always spotlessly clean and I am made very welcome. The camaraderie among the staff is very noticeable and each one is dedicated to her job. They work really well together and it is a pleasure to be in their company. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they have looked after my friend really well. I would recommend the home to anyone - it is undoubtedly first class!
Kingsley Rest Home in Wolstanton is an ideal residential care home, which I can highly recommend. Since it is a small residential home (for approximately 12 residents), this means that each resident gets the necessary support and personal attention that they need when they need it and without having to wait. All of the staff that work in the care home are friendly, approachable and nothing is too much trouble for them. The staff have each built up an excellent rapport with the individual residents and genuinely care about them. The food is home-made and is of excellent quality, with varied menus for residents to select from - catering for everyone's individual dietary needs and their tastes. The residential home is very clean and residents laundry is laundered regularly. My elderly mother has been residing in the home since April 2015 and I have had no issues at all during the time. It is a home from home, which if I had to enter residential care, it is a place I would select for myself.
