Nothing can put a price on not having to worry when you go on holiday and knowing that when Mom is poorly, she is looked after all the time. I looked after her for 5 years, so I take my hat off to each and every one of the staff who look after mom so kindly. Very accommodating management team and a lovely environment to visit. Lots going on if wanted. Only thing Mum doesn't care for much is the food, but her likes and dislikes do change daily, so you are never going to win that one.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review and for your lovely feedback. It means a lot to us and it's our pleasure caring for your Mum. Best wishes.
I cannot thank the staff enough for all that they have done with my mothers care, she had the best care she could have received in the period she was in the care home.
A big thank you to all of the team at Woodside care village from my wife and all of the family.
Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback. It was our absolute pleasure caring for your mother and having her, and you, as part of our Woodside Care Village family. Best wishes.
The whole Woodside team (reception, house staff, housekeepers, carers, management) have from the very beginning been very caring and proactive in ensuring that Dads individual needs are met and he has a good quality of life, regardless of the physical challenges. The house team have been wonderful, taking time to get to know us and Dad, giving us ideas to improve his stay and the team leaders and management very diligent and prompt in alerting us to any concerns, and in responding to any queries and requests. Recently the whole team have gone above and beyond to support us in very challenging and difficult circumstances - their advice and timely support has been so appreciated, words are not sufficient to express our gratitude. They were part of the family rallying to do the best we all can for our loved ones. Heartfelt thanks again.
Thank you so much for leaving us a review - it's lovely to receive such a positive affirmation of what we do. I'll share your comments with the team, who I'm sure will appreciate hearing your feedback. Best wishes.
The home styled accommodation is good for residents to feel more at home. The various options within the building and in the lovely garden help to enrich daily life. The protected outside routes to the ground floor allow residents to experience natural weather and light.
Staff are consistently excellent, friendly and caring. They do build good relationships with users and know friends and family by name.
Daily routine is important to Woodside and there is a lot of freedom around this for those who can be independent within the environment. Coffee, tea etc plus pastries are available for all visitors and residents. I know local ambulance staff that arrive say Woodside is the best care environment in Warwickshire.
Food is nutritious, freely available and can be "shopped for" by residents, with support.
Good communication is helpful
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for us. We really appreciate your detailed feedback which gives a lovely window into the home and care we provide at Woodside. Kind regards
The family have nothing but praise for Woodside Care Village. The facilities are excellent; cleanliness is superb and the staff are friendly and always helpful. Dad settled in extremely well, his room is spacious and comfortable. All his medical needs are taken care of and the food is great, which is very important to Dad! The home contact us regularly and keep us well informed if Dad has any issues or requirements. It is a huge weight of my Mum's mind to know he is so well cared for.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We're so pleased you feel your Dad has settled in well, and it's our absolute pleasure caring for him. I'll share your feedback with the rest of the team. Best wishes.
Dad moved into Woodside Care Village in February of this year. The first experience was with Philip who was very helpful both in understanding options regarding later life care, but also specifically how to secure a residential place here for Dad. The care of the staff has been fantastic from the very start, it's reassuring to know that Dad isn't just another resident but someone they care for individually given he has both Parkinson's and dementia as it has progressed. The guys in the flat are extremely kind, and the attention to detail (lighting, cleanliness, outside space etc) makes for a very comfortable life for him. Thank you to everyone at Woodside!
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We're really pleased to hear our Trusted Advisor, Philip, was helpful, and it's our absolute pleasure caring for your Dad. I'll share your feedback with the team. Best wishes.
We are delighted that we chose Woodside Care Village for Mum when she started to need care as her dementia made living on her own at home impossible. We have found that all the staff have been without fail friendly and helpful. Even more importantly they are helping Mum live the best life she can and providing invaluable support for us as a family too.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review and for your kind words. It means a lot and it's our absolute pleasure caring for your Mum. I'll share your feedback with the team. Best wishes.
We have been extremely pleased with every aspect of my husband's care; he has company in the apartment he shares and the staff make every effort to encourage his interest in sport and films. Our family and friends are made welcome too. Staff make sure his Parkinsons's medication is given on time and minimise his falls by constant vigilance. The general atmosphere is good and the staff are obviously happy working for WCS. Meals are nutritious and it is good that residents can choose from an extensive menu.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and for your kind words, it means a lot. I'll share your comments with the team who I know will appreciate hearing your feedback. Best wishes.
Our elderly relative has no close family. The trusted Adviser at Woodside Care Village helped us through the process of choosing a care home and even visited our relative with a team member to understand her needs. So far, the process has been well organised with good communications and our relative is well cared for by kind staff. keep up the good work.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review - it means a lot. I'll pass on your feedback to the rest of the team. Best wishes.
I have always found the Staff to be friendly and welcoming. Nothing ever seems to much trouble. As Mum has Dementia, she is not always easy to look after, but the staff always treat her with dignity, and have taken time to learn about her likes and dislikes, also how to divert her attention away from what is upsetting her (usually when she has forgotten where she is).
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review - it means a lot. I'll share your comments with the team, who I know will appreciate hearing your feedback. Best wishes.
I feel confident that mom is going too be very happy at Woodside & that is down to the manager & all the staff! Thankyou

Woodside is an excellent care home Mum has been a resident since it opened in 2019. The care staff have been consistently respectful, thoughtful and caring. They create a true family atmosphere which is welcoming and interesting for residents and gives them the confidence to live their best life in their later life when the changes to their health might otherwise be daunting and frightening. They are an excellent team.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review - your feedback means a lot and it's been our pleasure caring for your Mum. I'll share your comments with the rest of the team. Best wishes.
A large communal room would be a huge benefit to get everyone together for special occasions.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for us. We do not use any external agency staff at Woodside Care Village as we are completely staffed through our own contracted staff and our internal mobile carers. Our staff use devices that look like mobiles to enter care notes into our electronic...
I cannot recall seeing my mum more settled or at peace. So lovely to receive photos of her enjoying activities from the app. Management are attentive, available and responsive to feedback. My mum is making new memories and friends and even has a new 'dog.'
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and your kind words. We're so pleased you feel your mum's settled in well and it's also good to know that our relatives' gateway has been helpful to you. Best wishes.
I found access to the online system especially helpful as I live a distance away, and it enabled me to obtain up-to-date information on my mum, how she was, what she’d been doing, etc.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review - it means a lot, and it was our pleasure caring for your Mum and Dad. I'll share your comments with the team, who I know will appreciate hearing your feedback. Best wishes.
More parking spaces would be welcome.
Access in and our vis button has improved no end since one lady is on reception.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for us. I'm pleased to hear that you're finding access to the home easier now. If you do have any problems with your fingerprint not working, just let us know. Kind regards.
As a visitor, I am very grateful to the household carers as they always make me feel welcome, and always let me know of any needs or requirements needed.
The home is always clean, tidy and welcoming.
Staff are always cheerful and friendly.
Keep up the good work.
Thank you for leaving a review for us. We really value your lovely feedback. Kind regards.
We chose Woodside Care Village for my mum-in-law as we were so impressed by how it doesn't look like a care home. Having always said she never wanted to stay in a home, it was difficult when falls and dementia made it impossible to be cared for at home. The care given has been great and the welcome attitude for visiting is a huge help. The lady on the desk has been super helpful and the manager has responded quickly to any concerns we have had. The music input is a massive benefit and the team supports all the residents to attend but also respects their wishes not to.
Having a relatives portal is fantastic...I can check when I'm working and can't visit. The garden is a wonderful asset and we have used it all summer. We have just been invited to spend a Christmas meal as a family. We are very pleased that this was available to choose when we needed it.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review - we really appreciate your lovely feedback. I'll share your comments with the rest of the team. Best wishes.
