Care Homes Owned by WCS Care Group Ltd

Mum has been in Westlands since February and has unfortunately been bed bound since April after a stay in hospital. The staff on her floor and brilliant with her . She is always clean and tidy and they are really welcoming when we visit quickly updating us on how she has been and whether she is eating and drinking . She is now on end of life care , she is having good days and not so good days but I am happy that she is having the best care and that they are looking after all of her needs when we cannot be there . We are always made to feel welcome when we visit and the staff and managers always have time to chat with us and update us . When we are not there with her it is comforting to know that she is in a comfortable and friendly environment where we know that they will do their best for her . They are quick to contact us if they have any concerns and also to speak to the GP if required . I would fully recommend Westlands to other families if they are looking for a care home.

Came to Fairfield to visit for the first time an elderly friend who just had gone in now to live. Over the years I have visited people in many care homes (some regularly has parents were in one before passing away). The whole atmosphere from when you sign in, was a good atmosphere, and felt a good vibe too, staff on all levels were all very friendly, and said hello even when just walking along corridors. The small family units that the residents belong too, seem to work so well, and make it more like being at home in a family.

mum loved it as soon as she arrived staff were very welcoming and introduced themselves straight away she says the staff are lovely. Myself + sister were impressed with how she was welcomed the home has a Lovely homely feel. Mum arrived end July but based on a Visit + stay so far.

What can I say what a beautiful home the staff front of house are fantastic, carers brilliant so friendly and helpful can't fault a thing it's such a pleasure to come and visit Gennie is fabulous.

We would like to express our thanks to all the staff at Castle Brook, especially his male carer who showed him care and was so very dedicated to his job (this didn't go unnoticed).

I was warmley welcomed by the manager, and introduced to the staff. My room was excellent and well appointed. I felt very comfortable, the food was well prepared and delicious. The lounge area overlooked the garden with flowers and shrubery. I shared a happy experience with other patients. The staff could not do enough for me. My stay has many happy memories.

My husband was in respite for 2 weeks. If he was upset and missing me a member of staff would call me and even though there was not a lot of conversation it was enough for him to hear my voice. This meant so much to me. Every member of staff was so kind to him. Fairfield is a very cosy home. When the time comes for full time care I sincerely hope he can stay there.

I stayed at Drovers house for 8 weeks after leaving Hospital, I hoped to rest, gain confidence and mobility in this time. From the moment I walked in I felt cared for and supported, all the staff were amazing and treated all the residents like their own family. The rooms and facilities were lovely and although I wanted to be as independent as possible I knew the staff were there for me 24/7. I would recommend Drovers House to any family looking for amazing care for their loved one.

Can honestly not put in words how amazing each and every staff member is hear at four ways. They go above and beyond nothing is ever to much for them. The relationship which came with them and my friend is amazing and they made everyday special for her. They Became family. A massive thank you to each and everyone one of you for everything.

It has been difficult with my husband in the home, I have looked after him for 59 years, and he wont let the carers wash or shower him he strikes out at them. so i have to go in and shower him as I am nearly 80 I find it difficult.

Nothing can put a price on not having to worry when you go on holiday and knowing that when Mom is poorly, she is looked after all the time. I looked after her for 5 years, so I take my hat off to each and every one of the staff who look after mom so kindly. Very accommodating management team and a lovely environment to visit. Lots going on if wanted. Only thing Mum doesn't care for much is the food, but her likes and dislikes do change daily, so you are never going to win that one.

My mum has been a resident for 8 weeks. She is always telling us how hard working and friendly the staff are. There are lots of activities for her to join in if she wants to. I see that all the staff are exceptionally caring and compassionate towards mum. The house is decorated like a home and we are always made to feel very welcome when we visit. The managers always find time to answer any questions we have, they keep us updated and manage mum's medical needs. Mum is very happy, safe and well cared for at Attleborough Grange and has been made to feel at home there.

My first impression on entering Four Ways was that the homely atmosphere was not disappointing for the rest of my experience. Staff always had time to stay and talk, and genuinely cared for my husband and us as a family. I would not hesitate to recommend this care home,

In the short time mum has been here she has been made welcome by everyone. She is very happy and praises her carers all the time. The Grange has a very homely feel and we are confident that mum is safe and well looked after

Both mum and dad spent time in Drovers. Their stays were both very good with excellent caring staff. Both were treated with respect in their final days.

Excellent first impressions:- staff happy and helpful and knowledge. Room and building met expectations and more. Activities good. Communication excellent, love the gateway information. Extremely happy with food and snacks and drinks readily and easily available. Staff listen to us as relatives and are invested in dads well being. Excellent set up This is dads and our first experience with respite and it has been a lifesaver. Highly recommended.

My Dad has been visiting Four Ways for respite since February this year after 2 years of looking for the right place. He has advanced dementia and is extremely anxious when separated from my mum. As soon as we walked into Four Ways what we noticed was the smell, there is no care home smell the place is spotless the atmosphere is calm and happy with beautiful areas to sit and relax. But what stands out is the care, I have been blown away by how the management and staff have gone above and beyond to make sure my dad gets the care he needs. The staff have been so supportive of my mum too. At every turn they have gone above and beyond. My dad even asked to go back to the care home the other day - we couldn't believe it. We never thought he would settle anywhere. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend any of the WCS care homes the staff and management and especially the CEO - Ed, OBE (should be a knighthood!!!!) really do care and move heaven and earth for their residents.THANK YOU WCS

Overall experience was very good, the staff were very kind and caring and we must thank you for his help and kindness during my mothers stay at the Sycamores. Would recommend to other families.

Very positive and accommodating. We have without doubt seen a new level of energy and engagement since our grandfather moved into the home, a much happier time is being had by all!
