My Dad has been visiting Four Ways for respite since February this year after 2 years of looking for the right place. He has advanced dementia and is extremely anxious when separated from my mum. As soon as we walked into Four Ways what we noticed was the smell, there is no care home smell the place
is spotless the atmosphere is calm and happy with beautiful areas to sit and relax. But what stands out is the care, I have been blown away by how the management and staff have gone above and beyond to make sure my dad gets the care he needs. The staff have been so supportive of my mum too. At every turn they have gone above and beyond. My dad even asked to go back to the care home the other day - we couldn't believe it. We never thought he would settle anywhere. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend any of the WCS care homes the staff and management and especially the CEO - Ed, OBE (should be a knighthood!!!!) really do care and move heaven and earth for their residents.THANK YOU WCS

My mother Angeline was fortunate enough to gain a place at Attleborough Grange Care Home. It really is like a home from home the care and the facilities are first rate and the staff cannot do enough to support the entire family. I am truly grateful that I no longer have to worry about my mother as the
staff and management take care of all her needs.

We had a wonderful visit with our cousin today he was so happy and on good form
He told us how safe he felt living at Sycamores and how caring and kind all the staff are to him and all the other residents.
When Olu the care manager came to chat with us in the residents lounge Olu told our cousin
he himself was having a good day today to that our cousin replied "well you are having one good day but you give us seven good days every week"
It was such a lovely and a totally spontaneous remark from him.
Our cousin has been a resident at Sycamores for almost five years
We don't live locally so it gives us great comfort and peace of mind to know our cousin is in safe hands
Thank you to all the staff for your continuing excellent care and kindness and for always making my husband and I so welcome when we visit Sycamores.

My Mum went into Castle Brook in December 2024 as she was struggling by herself and I was finding it more and moe diffcult to keep her going from a distance, she found keeping the house going and just feeding here self was too much and health deteriating. I placed her in for 14 day break while I took
a holiday and she did not want to come out, loved it. totally new life, lovely staff that she has made friends with, eating good home cooked food her heath bounded back and it has taken all the pressure off me. She walks everyday in the garden and in warmer weather in the woods opposite, she visits Kenilworth regualrly as taxi is cheap as very close. Staff are her favourite, they genuinely care for all the people, in fact I have got to know quite a few of them now. I have been amazed about mums turn around and how they make all efforts for residents to lead as independant lives as they can, and yet if not well there to hold her hand and just chat. They take her on group trips, which she loves.

When a loved on settled into a residential care home and genuinely feels happy, it can lift such a weight off your shoulders, it's so great to find a place where mum feels safe, cared for, and valued, and that's no small thing.

I have been looking after my Aunt at Castle Brook in Kenilworth for 5 years. The room my Aunt has was beautifully decorated with ensuite, very suitable. The food is good and the cleanliness too. But above everything are the staff. Many staff go above and beyond in caring for every tiny detail my Aunt
required. Wonderful staff settled her in, a whole team tried to get all her wishes sorted and certain staff she really trusted worked endlessly to make her happy. Thank you so much.
