The carers at Fourways really care and you can feel that when you are there, but also, most of them have been working there for a long time and because of that, they all have special relationships with all of the residents. It is a lovely place to spend time and I always walk away confident that my dad is in good hands.
The home is clean and bright and has a happy atmosphere, the food is home-made and tasty and the menu is flexible depending on how the residents feel on any given day. My dad doesn't really engage in the daily activities, but the programme always looks varied and interesting for those that do. Thanks to all at Fourways.

I’m the Home Manager for Four Ways and have been with WCS Care since 2007.
I started my journey with WCS at Four Ways working as a part-time, lead and senior carer, before opening up Drovers House in Rugby as the Deputy Home Manager in 2013.
After developing my experience as Home Manager at Drovers House, Castle Brook in Kenilworth, and Attleborough Grange in Nuneaton – I then moved back to Four Ways in my current role.
I'm passionate about helping others and feel nothing is ever too much trouble. I like getting to know our residents, staff and visitors and bringing fun and laughter to our work, whilst always getting the job done.
