I moved my aunty into the home early January 2025 and your whole team have been absolutely amazing. I can't thank them enough for helping us manage such a sensitive situation. I already feel my aunty is safe and will be able to enjoy her time and get some fun back into her life.

I am really happy with the service provided. The nurses and carers are very on the ball, knowledgeable and take care of things very quickly. One of the main reasons I am happy is that we as family know she is safe and well looked after.

I always feel at home when I visit Fourways. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

All residents look happy to be living there, it's clean, bright and homely. The food smells amazing and looks appealing. I have never felt like it's a care home, when you walk in the cafe is the reception area and it's always busy with residents, family, friends and staff. The have a weekly event schedule and also run fun clubs separate from the event schedule such as dominoes. They go on lunch clubs and participate in local community events throughout the year. My dog is also welcome, which is a nice touch.

Exceptional care has been taken of my mother from March 2024. Nothing has been too much trouble for either the staff or the management and at a very difficult time for our family, we feel we are in safe and professional hands. My mother was made comfortable from day one and there has been an emphasis on ensuring she has the best care. Both myself and my mother are delighted with her care plan and happy with her new home.

My mum-in-law, who has moderate dementia, has been at Four Ways for around a year. She settled in really well from the outset and has thrived under their care. Visitors are welcome at any time and there are lovely lounge and garden areas to sit, relax and have a cuppa with your loved ones. There is a homely atmosphere that makes visiting a pleasure and the staff are always very welcoming and supportive. There are lots of activities that residents can take part in, and I often see them having a sing-song with a singer/musician who visits regularly. The best thing about Four Ways is seeing my mum-in-law happy and contented in a place that she considers her home. The Management Team and every member of staff should feel proud of their outstanding work.

Our mother has been here now for 12 months and is completely settled and happy. She always comments on the friendly staff and excellent food and feels very comfortable in her room, on the family visits which are very regular we have never had a major concern with our mother's care and feel very reassured that our mother is being well cared for.

We were in the UK on holiday from America and had a lovely visit on Oct 1st with our cousins, both of whom are in care at Fourways.
The staff really went out of their way to make it a wonderful experience for us all. It's obvious that it's a good place to live and that they are taking excellent care of their residents.

Thank you so much!

My mother has been in Four Ways for several years now, and her care has always been exemplary despite sometimes displaying challenging behaviour.
The staff know her well and know how to deal with her at these times.
They take care to look after her well, cater to her needs and are always aware of the residents - the other week, I visited Mum, and we left the lounge and went to her room when a member of staff wasn’t in the lounge. Shortly after, a carer came to check that Mum was ok.
The staff are always friendly and caring, and I always feel that Mum is safe and well cared for.

The staff and company were also amazing during Covid and lockdowns.

From the moment that my dad and myself went to visit Four Ways to see if it was suitable for my Mum, who has Dementia, to stay for 2 weeks respite, we were made to feel very welcome.
The staff that greeted us all spoke and other staff that were just passing in the corridor or communal areas all took the time to say hello.
We decided that Four Ways was the right place for Mum to be for 2 weeks and how right we were. She settled in very well, all the staff could not do enough to make her feel at home. Her room had new furniture and was freshly decorated, with a lovely little view from the window.
As a family, someone visited every day whilst she was in there and had an update on what she had been doing. Trips out to Stratford, Music, Quiz, plenty of laughing but most of all she was happy.

I can not thank the staff enough for making Mum feel welcome, the manager her team are exceptional in what they do, keep up the good work ladies it's you that make Four Ways.

It has been one of the hardest decisions my brother and myself have had to make for our dad but we know that he is in the right place.

We would like to say a huge thank you for welcoming our dad and making him feel like home. You are all amazing.

My mum moved into Four Ways Care Home in February this year. Up until October 2022, she had lived on her own and was very independent. After several falls, repeated UTIs and failing eyesight, she needed full-time care as she wasn’t safe to be alone and her home care wasn’t enough. My gran lived happily at another in the 1990s and WCS Care Group was my first thought. I contacted a member of staff who, in record time, got Mum admitted and it was such a relief to know she was safe. All the staff are so welcoming and friendly, not only to Mum but to me as well. We can all have a laugh and a joke and my mum has returned to her old self in what feels like a homely and family environment.

Mother arrived at Four Ways in May and we presumed there would be a lengthy settling in period, this proved not to be the case, she was made to feel welcome and settled in very quickly.
The care received has been excellent and has left us all feeling Mother is in a good place.

Four Ways were recommended to me and I would have no hesitation in doing the same.

My mother came into the home from the hospital. As a dementia sufferer, the concern was that a new environment would be very disconcerting. The opposite has been true. She has settled really well. This is due to the excellent staff and the genuine effort to make my mother feel “at home” at Four Ways. The Leadership and the whole organisation deserve recognition for the wonderful job that they have done in settling my mother into a care home. Well done to all.

We have used Four Ways care home Leamington Spa for three weeks in October 2022 for our grandmother. The care provided by the staff and carers was very good, it was reassuring that our grandmother was looked after well. This branch of Four Ways has a very friendly staff. The security and health and safety measures were appropriate during the time of our grandmother's stay. Our grandmother is not mobile and we felt that some sort of interactive screen or music would have been nice to have in the room permanently. I would like to thank all the carers for the help and support they provided us during this time.

My uncle has been at Four Ways for 2 years. I was concerned about him going into care as he has always lived an independent life on his own.
I didn't need to worry as the staff were very welcoming, supportive and friendly not just to my uncle but to me as well. My uncle's health has improved due to the attention and care he receives. He has a sense of humour and enjoys a laugh and joke with the staff.
His behaviour has been challenging on a couple of occasions but the staff have shown patience and understanding in supporting him.
I know he is safe, happy and being well looked after, and his needs are being met.
I'm regularly kept up to date on what is going on regards to my uncle.

I am very grateful to the staff for the care he receives and how much they have included and supported me through these challenging times.
