Gresley House accepts residents who are privately funded, funded by the local authority, or funded through the Integrated Care Board (ICB) where nursing or healthcare funding is approved.
For residents funded through the local authority, a third-party top-up will be required, depending on individual circumstances. This can be discussed in more detail during the enquiry and assessment process.
Private fees typically range from £1,300 to £1,400 per week, depending on the bedroom selected and the level of care and support required and resident complexities. Fees are determined following a pre-admission assessment, which helps establish each resident’s individual care needs and any associated complexities.
Please note that hairdressing, chiropody services and personal toiletries are not included within the weekly fee and may incur additional separate charges, which can be paid when and if required via personal allowances.
These prices are only a guideline, please contact Gresley House to find out the exact price for your requirements.

My name is Leanne, and I am proud to be the Registered Clinical Manager at Gresley House. I have been a registered nurse for over 20 years, originally training and working as a Theatre Nurse Practitioner and Advanced Scrb Practitioner within maternity services.
I moved into the care home sector in 2013, where I developed a strong passion for supporting older people and those living with complex care needs. I joined Oak Tree Care Group in 2021 as a Registered Nurse at our flagship home, Tynefield Court, where I progressed to Deputy Manager and then Home Manager.
I was later given the opportunity in 2025 to move to Gresley House as Home Manager, where I led and commissioned the nursing service within the home. I now proudly continue to lead the service as Registered Manager.
I truly love Gresley House and feel very proud of the team we have built here. Together we work hard to create a warm, welcoming environment where residents are treated with dignity, respect and kindness. I am passionate about ensuring every resident receives the highest standard of care while still feeling at home, surrounded by people who genuinely care about their well-being.
If you are considering care for a loved one, please feel free to call the home — I would be delighted to speak with you and show you around Gresley House.
My name is Anna, and I am the Deputy Manager at Gresley House. I have worked at Gresley House since 2020 and have been part of the care sector for over 25 years.
I began my career as a Care Assistant and have worked in a variety of roles over the years, gaining valuable experience and knowledge along the way. This journey has given me a strong understanding of residents’ needs and the importance of delivering compassionate, person-centred care.
I am incredibly passionate about Gresley House and proud to be part of such a dedicated team. We work hard to ensure the residents who live here receive the highest standards of care in a warm, respectful and supportive environment.
One of the most rewarding parts of my role is getting to know our residents and their families, and helping to ensure Gresley House always feels like a true home for those who live here.
