Our stepdad has been at Cherrytree Care Home since February 2024, the care he has received has been outstanding and he has thrived since having his needs met. The way they have also looked after our mum who visits every day, goes above and beyond and they treat her with compassion, empathy and understanding of her dementia. Every member of staff that we've met has been welcoming, kind and only too happy to help if needed.
We are delighted to read your lovely comments and are always here to support you all. Thank you once again, it is appreciated and lovely for our staff to receive this feedback.
We have been blessed in having the amazing staff provide end of life care for our dad. Everyone involved in his care has invariably been attentive, kind, interested, professional and knowledgeable. As visitors, we were always warmly welcomed and supported. Thank you all so much.
Thank you for your lovely review. We are very happy to hear that your experience at Cherrytree is exactly what we pride ourselves in delivering. We shall ensure this feedback is delivered to the staffing team. Thank you.
My aunt has been a resident of Cherrytree Care Home for a number of years now and I find the carers at the home supportive and caring. Nothing is too much for them. All of the residents are well looked after. They are welcoming to everyone.

The surroundings are pleasant inside and pretty well spaced out for seating, making the atmosphere cordial.
Hello, thank you for your lovely feedback. We are so proud of our team and we are delighted you have also witnessed their patience and kindness also. We really do appreciate your lovely comments and look forward to welcoming you into our home next time you visit.
I consulted my two brothers, who, like me, have visited the home regularly, before submitting the following: Several weeks ago my mother became a resident at Cherrytree Care Home. She had recently lost her sight and was no longer able to live safely in her own home. She was made very welcome from the outset. The staff are gentle, attentive and kind. They are highly skilled and experienced; they know the needs of each resident and it's clear that they enjoy the work. My mother has settled in well in spite of her disability, and has even managed to take part in some of the activities. It's always a happy experience when we visit. Many thanks to the carers, the nurses, the managers - and I must not forget the cleaners. Everything is spotless.
Hi, thank you for the amazing feedback you have provided for our team at Cherrytree Care Home. We are also so proud of our recent Infection Control Inspection where we scored 98%.
From the moment I went to see the home until now I would give this home 5 stars all day every day. The care and support they offer is just incredible, every single member of staff is amazing, I wanted my mum to be looked after and cared for in a way as if she were their mum and that is exactly what she receives, the care and companion is just the best, we as a family will always be truly thankful.
Hi Helen, We are delighted to read such lovely feedback! Thank you! We always aim to provide the highest level of care, as if our lovelies are our families too and we will continue to do so. Thanks again for your lovely feedback.
I cannot praise everyone working at Cherrytree enough, from staff who are so caring and kind to Mum, to management for their efficient running of the home. Although Mum suffers with dementia, she is always happy and has a smile on her face. Thank you all!

My very dear friend is currently at this care home awaiting assessment. I cannot praise the management and staff enough. They are so kind and caring to her, no matter how busy they are, they cannot do enough for us to make sure we’re ok. I am fairly certain that my friend needs to live in a care home and I will have no hesitation in asking if she can stay there. Thank you Cherrytree.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Cherrytree Care Home and I was impressed by the level of attentiveness, responsibility and caring displayed by the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that the residents were comfortable and well-cared for. I was particularly impressed by their willingness to listen to the residents and address their concerns promptly. Overall, I would highly recommend this care home to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable and caring environment for their loved ones.
Thank you for your kind comments which are very much appreciated by the team at Cherrytree Care Home.
The staff at Cherrytree Care Home are truly exceptional. They are not only highly skilled and experienced professionals but they also possess a genuine warmth and kindness that instantly put our minds at ease. They take the time to get to know each resident individually, understanding their unique needs, preferences and personalities. The level of personalised attention and care they provide is remarkable and it's evident that they have a true passion for what they do.
Thank you for your kind words. We greatly appreciate the great feedback for our team. We look forward to seeing you at your next visit.
I’m so happy with Cherrytree Care Home and the service they provide to my grandmother, she is well looked after. We get such a fantastic welcome when we come to visit, the staff are so friendly and the communal areas are so clean. My grandmother has such a lovely room and is always kept clean. She is so happy there with the management making sure all residents are safe, clean and warm, I can’t fault any of the team. Thank you for taking care of her, you're all amazing.
Thank you for your kind words for Cherrytree Care Home and the staff/management. it is an absolute pleasure to look after your grandmother and we look forward to seeing you soon.
We had to move our father because they never looked after him properly.
He was dirty he lost a lot of weight.
I could go on but it won’t make any difference but if you have a loved one that you care about, do not put them in this place.
Thank you for taking the time to bring your experience to our attention. I am deeply sorry you feel this way and you have had a negative experience. Our aim is to provide the best possible care to those we support and it is something we take very seriously. I can provide assurance your father had...
Cherrytree Care Home is just the place for my grandma! She is fully supported in whatever she does and is always so happy when we come to visit. I can't thank the wonderful team enough for taking great care of her.

I would highly recommend Cherrytree Care Home. My grandfather has settled in marvellously due to the outstanding support of all of the team and management! The care shown to my grandfather has been second to none. Really pleased!
Thank you very much for taking the time out to write such a lovely review.
Excellent care provided by all the staff, my grandmother is so happy there and has everything she could possibly need. Facilities are superb, the care home is managed professionally and efficiently and all residents seem to be happy and content.
Thank you very much for your response, we really appreciate the time you've taken to give this extremely kind feedback.
I chose Cherrytree Residential Home for my mum, and I have been in very happy with the care that she has received here. All the staff have demonstrated excellent qualities in terms of the high standard of care they give to her. They see beyond my mum's dementia and their interactions and skills and patience to assist mum when she is agitated really calms my mum. They know her vulnerabilities and understand that the challenging behaviour she exhibits is a result of her anxieties and her dementia. They provide a stimulating, safe environment which is much better than many care homes where residents stare at a TV screen all day. I could not wish for a better environment for Mum. my mum was part of the Alzheimer’s society and it is amazing to see the care home have good links with all dementia organisations outside of the home.
This home is outstanding. From the moment I walked in I felt like it was home away from home. The atmosphere was great and the residents were having fun with activities. The staff were on hand (who are friendly and hard-working). The food cooking in the kitchen smelled amazing. The home is clean. You couldn't ask for more. I would highly recommend this home.
My friend is staying at this lovely care home. The home is lovely and beautiful. The staff are great and very accommodating, meeting the needs of my friend. Every time I visit I get a lovely warm welcome and the home smells great. I have nothing but good things to say about the home.
