Following a detailed care assessment, it was identified that keeping a water jug at the bedside posed a falls risk for your husband. That said, we want to reassure you that we take pride in hydration being an utmost priority for us; we routinely offer water and fluids to all residents throughout the day. In addition, residents have access to the nurse call bell system, and we work to respond within 30 seconds, ensuring prompt attention to their needs. With regard to medication, we strive to administer all medication in a timely and safe manner. Our internal audits confirms we are performing well in this area. We welcome ongoing dialogue and are always open to working closely with families to make sure their loved ones feel safe and supported. Thank you again for raising your concerns.
