The staff at the Bungalow literally could not do enough to make Grandma feel at home. When my Grandma came to the end of her life the genuine care and concern the staff (from management to laundry) displayed was incredibly heartwarming and made such a difficult time slightly easier. Every one of the staff should be proud of themselves and the difference they made to my Grandma's life - thank you!
