Overall Experience
My mother has dementia and now is a resident of The Bungalow Care Home. The home is exceptionally clean, and the residents always look well looked after. The staff, from the cleaner to management level are so approachable and really do have the resident's individual needs very well in hand.

I never visit without seeing lots of staff, tea and drinks with residents always.

Overall Experience

I found the staff at my dad's care home very professional and treated my dad with dignity and care. My dad was in need of complex care, which was met at all times by the care home staff. I found the staff approachable, friendly and knowledgeable and always made time for both myself and my husband.
