Carers are available throughout the day and night and, as well as being ideal for the care of older people, Holly House provides an effective residential service for dementia care and for physical disabilities.

Situated in a picturesque village with thatched cottages and good local amenities - about 4 miles from Northampton Town Centre and 1.5 miles from Hunsbury Tesco. My mother has been a resident at Holly House for nearly two years. The staff are absolutely exemplary. We moved my mum from another care home, where we were extremely concerned about the level of care. Since moving, Mum's health and happiness has significantly improved. She is rarely ever agitated or

My mum has been here since May 24, and we couldn't be happier. We moved Mum from a different home where we had serious concerns. She was dangerously underweight and displayed challenging physical behaviour. Within weeks of being here, she put weight on as they got her to eat and no longer displays aggressive
behaviour. The staff and owners are truly lovely. Nothing is ever too much trouble. They show so much compassion and patience with mum, and always are welcoming and supportive, and we know mum is well cared for.

Well-run care home, excellent management with dedicated staff. The only fault is the lack of activities, but we have noticed this has improved recently. When my mother arrived, she was very challenging, but the manager persevered with her, and my mother eventually became very settled in the home. It's
reassuring to know she is being properly cared for, and she is so much happier now. I would recommend Holly House.

Mum has been in Holly House for 5 years. I am only able to visit her every few months, but I am very happy that she is being well looked after and being well cared for. I am very pleased with the standard of care provided by Holly House. The facilities were good, the food was excellent, and the stay was wonderful.
My mum was always pleased to see any of the staff members.
The communication with the home was very good, and included sending videos of Mum to keep me
updated.

From the moment Mum moved into Holly House, she has been treated with care and dignity. Her room is made to feel like her space, and she has made a very special friend in the shared space in the lounge/dining room who she now considers part of her family, which is a very special bond, especially at
this time for everyone. Any medical situation is dealt with immediately and professionally, and the family is kept informed at all times. We have regular video calls if we can't visit as often as I live abroad. I highly recommend Holly House as a safe and happy home

I am very pleased with care given to my dad. He can be very difficult at times, but all efforts are made to treat him with dignity and respect. I moved my dad to Holly House Residential Home from a previous care home where he really struggled to settle. Holly House is great for him and us. Also the

I was very satisfied with the care my mother received. She had complex care issues and the staff were always very kind and caring towards her. I felt that she was very safe and cared for. She was well fed and the staff took time to make sure she ate her food. The only improvement I can suggest is to
have more staff at very busy times.

The owners and staff at Holly House have provided unparalleled care for my poor mum. Her dementia has made her quite challenging to care for, but the carers have been infinitely patient and kind to her. Her physical needs are taken care of; she is being properly fed and has put on some weight; her overall
condition is much improved. My wife and I looked at several local care homes in preparation for this day and Holly House was by far the best in our opinion.

Our aunt has particular needs having had a stroke. The staff are always caring and considerate, responding to her needs. She has communication issues and mobility. Staff are keeping us informed of her status if we are unable to visit. The care home has welcomed us as visitors, holding events for us

My Mother was transferred to Holly House in October 2022 from hospital.
My mother passed away near the beginning of March 2023.
She was in her 90s very frail, not weight bearing, and had Dementia.
During the time my mother was a resident at Holly House, there was nothing that the carers wouldn’t
do for my mother.
The kindness and love shown was way beyond what I expected.
I was able to visit at any time during the day it didn’t matter if it was lunchtime, toileting time, or teatime.
I was always welcome.
The food was also very nutritious and enjoyed by my mother.
The owners of Holly House were very mindful of their residents getting infections, all visitors, staff, and medical professionals had to perform a COVID test before entering Holly House.
I can’t praise this care home enough for the care they gave my mother.
The owners and carers were superb.
