Holly House provides a personalised care service designed to enhance each resident's quality of life, with carers who respect privacy, dignity and independence. A skilled team of staff help individuals to make informed decisions, taking into consideration any disabilities or impairments, with the aim of exceeding contractual arrangements.

Carers are available throughout the day and night and, as well as being ideal for the care of older people, Holly House provides an effective residential service for dementia care and for physical disabilities.

Situated in a picturesque village with thatched cottages and good local amenities - about 4 miles from Northampton Town Centre and 1.5 miles from Hunsbury Tesco. The accommodation consists of large single rooms with en-suite facilities. Lovely garden, lounges and large attractive dining room and facilities.

Mum moved into Holly House in February 2016 and was greeted wonderfully by all the staff which meant she settled into her new environment very quickly, which was crucial given her Alzheimer's. She was made to feel part of the home immediately.
The care she receives is exemplary, in particular, the
close, tactile attention from all the carers and management which gives her confidence and makes her realise she is constantly loved. The residents are very closely monitored which means that any need is immediately addressed.
Within a very short time, she was eating heartily and putting on necessary weight thanks to the careful regime of ensuring that residents have 3 nutritious meals a day.
Most importantly mum is dressed beautifully every day and her hair is always well presented. The management and staff ensure her dignity is maintained at all times.
We visit very often and are we are always warmly welcomed and consulted on every aspect of her well being.
One word - delighted.

Always welcome, the staff are very kind and obliging. Very clean and comfortable. If I ever need to go into a care home, it would be my first choice.

After considering various care homes in Northamptonshire for our mum we were immediately impressed with Holly House as it seemed welcoming and very friendly. We were shown around the whole building which was very clean and tidy and also the room which would be available. Mum was transferred efficiently
from the hospital and settled in comfortably. We have always been kept informed of her progress and also doctors visits etc. The family owners and staff are very caring and ensure the residents are happy. Food and cleanliness is of a high standard and after a year mum is still happy with no grumbles about her situation. Excellent care home.

Holly House have looked after my mother for almost 4 years now. She has had the very best of care and is very happy there. I can assure you that Holly House is like the best hotel in Northamptonshire. Great staff.

My mother is very well cared for and is treated with the greatest of dignity and respect. All residents are treated as individuals. Health care is excellent and Holly House has a very good relationship with local doctor practices.

My mother is very settled at the home and has an excellent relationship with staff. The management have worked very hard to settle her as she was very anxious when she first arrived. I am particularly impressed with the managements understanding of health issues, I am very confident that my mother has
been cared for and looked after.

My mother has been a resident of Holly House since March 2015. During this time, the care she received has been exemplary.
On all visits, my mother looks well cared for, happy and content, and is able to openly engage with other residents which is encouraged by the home.
The management are keen to
openly involve families ie. various activities throughout the year, and as a family we are made to feel very welcome during every visit. I cannot complement the services enough, knowing my mother is safe and well cared for means so much.
