Holly House Residential Home

My mum has been at Holly House for three years now. I beleive she is very content and feels safe and secure with the kindness and care from the manager and staff at Holly House I always know they have mum's best interests at heart. I couldn't thank them enough for looking after my mum.

During the two and a half years my mother-in-law has been a resident at Holly House she has received extremely good care. Due to the home only having 22 residents all the staff know the residents personally. Holly House has a policy of treating each resident accordingly to their needs and personality. It is not a one fits all home. In short Holly House is a very caring place which is not easy to always find.

We are so lucky Mum lives here.

For example, care homes giving me complete peace of minds my Mother (97 and very frail) could not be better cared for. The proprietors as well as being very professional, are very "hands-on" speaking to each resident by name, treating them with respect and being very mindful of their individual needs, catering for them accordingly. The home is spotless, the food is excellent and the staff are wonderful. I cannot praise them enough. Recently we've had an outing to a local restaurant and to a wonderful BBQ where friends and family were warmly welcomed to this, in addition to the monthly activity. All this in the three months mother has been there! To sum up, I would recommend Holly House to anyone as it really is first class.

Friendly atmosphere.

We are very happy with the care Mum receives at Holly House. Staff are so respectful and attentive at all times. It is always warm and inviting. It gives us great peace of mind to know that Mum is in such a calm and caring environment.

My mum went into Holly House almost 3 years ago. My wife and I feel very fourtunate that mum's home is Holly House. She has been loved and cared for since the day she arrived. The staff and owners have been exemplary in their devotion of duty to mum.

There is a lot of interaction between staff and residents with a happy and positive environment for all. We have always been made very welcome and the managers and their staff have become very special friends. We would 100% recommend Holly House as an outstanding care home.

We (as a family) are very happy and have no problems with Holly House Residential Home. Staff are lovely Staff are lovely with Mum, no request is too much and is a very peaceful and happy environment. Care is high and that is a comfort for us.

Dad has been here since February 2017 as my mother was no longer able to look after him. The staff are lovely and look after my dad and his needs so well. He is always treated with respect. The owners, are generally always around and are very warm and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Refreshments are always offered when visiting. Residents have a wide choice of food at meal times, the menu is on display in the dining room. Dad has a lovely spacious and airy en suite room which is kept spotless.

The owners of Holly House give 100% and more to everyone.

Always welcome, the staff are very kind and obliging. Very clean and comfortable. If I ever need to go into a care home, it would be my first choice.

After considering various care homes in Northamptonshire for our mum we were immediately impressed with Holly House as it seemed welcoming and very friendly. We were shown around the whole building which was very clean and tidy and also the room which would be available. Mum was transferred efficiently from the hospital and settled in comfortably. We have always been kept informed of her progress and also doctors visits etc. The family owners and staff are very caring and ensure the residents are happy. Food and cleanliness is of a high standard and after a year mum is still happy with no grumbles about her situation. Excellent care home.

Holly House have looked after my mother for almost 4 years now. She has had the very best of care and is very happy there. I can assure you that Holly House is like the best hotel in Northamptonshire. Great staff.

My mother is very well cared for and is treated with the greatest of dignity and respect. All residents are treated as individuals. Health care is excellent and Holly House has a very good relationship with local doctor practices.

Holly House offers a very friendly and helpful service and good medical care when needed. Various activities on offer make for good diversions and stimulus for residents.

My mother is very settled at the home and has an excellent relationship with staff. The management have worked very hard to settle her as she was very anxious when she first arrived. I am particularly impressed with the managements understanding of health issues, I am very confident that my mother has been cared for and looked after.

The management are keen to openly involve families ie. various activities throughout the year, and as a family we are made to feel very welcome during every visit. I cannot complement the services enough, knowing my mother is safe and well cared for means so much.
